Not good. Super slow to load and view anything on this app. Do better.
Just does not work
I’ve been attempting to use this app on iPhone and it just simply does not work. Slow to load. Doesn’t do the command I want it to do. I’d actually use it for grocery pickup orders if it would just work. The worst app development ever.
Sorry to tell ya
This app never works when I try to use it. If I connect to the stores WiFi it comes to a screeching halt. The associates at the store suggest turning off that connection and go with my carrier signal. Still So Slow!
I love shopping on the app at home and then using my list in-store. If it had a product location within the app, it would be a time and frustration saver!

Can’t find stores
In Santa Fe, try finding stores in 87505 or 87507. Both searches should show all stores in town. I shouldn’t have to guess the exact zip of the stores. It’s been a long time since apps were this dumb.
Issues using this app
When I log into my rewards the app won’t load any further it’ll freeze and I’m not able to use this app at all
This app is garbage
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It crashes constantly and I’ve been trying to get it to open for about three hours and it still won’t open. This is the third time that I’m shopping elsewhere because I cannot access this app..
You can’t be serious
This app is a joke. Super slow. Doesn’t even let you know if you’re adding items into your cart correctly. Half the time you’re backing out checking to see if your added items are in. Doesn’t load half the time. My goodness the list goes on and on. I feel sorry for the elders who have to rely on this.

Not great
The other Albertsons app wouldn’t work anymore because it wanted me to download this one, but it kept saying this app wasn’t available in my country. It finally works now, but this app doesn’t tell you what aisles items are on. That’s a very important feature for a grocery store app in my opinion.
Garbage
Had a typo in my email when making an account, and now I can’t use my phone number even though the confirmation email was sent to an address that doesn’t exist. Beyond that issue, this app is clunky and slow just like others have stated. I’ll just be using Walmart pickup until this app isn’t trash
Don’t download yet
I downloaded this for shopping at Albertsons in California. I wasted my time and gave my private information to an app that only works in Texas and NM.
New version 6.4.6 does not work
Version 6.4.6 broke the app. No longer works. Pathetic.
Thank you for fixing
Albertson’s is the only grocery pickup that cares about produce, it’s a tragedy when the app breaks because no other stores do it right. Please keep it running.
Sloth-like features
Only thing slower than this program is the Walgreens photo upload. Also, the service in store is not good. Use it at home then go, because in the store you don’t get service at all. Not even with their WiFi.
Room for Improvement
The app takes forever to load. When I type in the brand or item I’m looking for I typically scroll past multiple items that are not even similar before I get to the item I actually want. I often cannot find the items that I know are available in store.
The Update
Pretty sure this update is even worse. Yes the app was slow before but now it won’t load at all and I need it for the pharmacy because our pharmacy here will not call if there is an issue with medication so now I’m screwed
Shopping elsewhere
When I try to update the app it will not accept my password and when I contact customer service I only end up going in circles and they never fix the problem.
