This app was great now with the last few updates it has gone downhill can’t purchase anything because it needs verification once you verify it still doesn’t work
Very disappointed
I have bought several items from ShopLC with no problems. Today I received my 3 carat moissanite solitaire I won from auction. It is only 1 carat. I didn’t even want a refund, but customer service said because it wasn’t taken to a jeweler (a $4 ring I received minutes ago) they can’t do anything. That’s fine. It wasn’t about a refund or return- just a correction of what they advertised. So since they want to advertise carat weights falsely, I would be very leery of what you think you’re buying from them. Such a shame.

New App is a disaster
I’ve been using the app ever since it was available. This new version erased ALL of my order history, including current budget pay items history. I now have no way to check on remaining budget pays. I reported it by email and called about it, but it still isn’t working properly. Please don’t do any more app updates until all the errors and problems have been worked out and repaired. Hope it is fixed very very soon.

Bad update
This update is not working on the ipad. I can’t log in. I get a blank screen.
Where are the product specifications!?
New app update is terrible. Why fix something that doesnt need fixing?
There are no product specifications listed for any of the gemstones/jewelry. Browsing through the app, if there is any specifications or details i want to see, i have to go to the website( which is not much better.) There is also a tremendous amount of lag, so if you start looking to quickly, it cant keep up.

Terrible new website
Awful, slow. Website doesn’t work as much as it is is online. Can’t pay budget pays. Just plain awful
Works good but …
The budget pay list needs a filter for orders with balances due only.
APP FAILS WITH CREDIT CARD INFO
App is useless doesn’t work with credit card info always fail authorization
Stay away!
Refuses to honor their return policy for defective items. They will send you junk and you are stuck with it.
App crashes too often
Using the app is cumbersome as it often freezes despite updates.
1 dollar auction glitch?
the 1 dollar auctions disappear at 1 minute left exactly, and doesn’t show every product like it does on safari

It is August 29 and I am updating this review. Since my first review I have deleted this app twice and reinstalled it because it freezes constantly.

They just keep sending text constantly. Bugs me all day long. Wish I hadn’t got this started.

Not a happy customer. I returned a ring on the 5th of the month , received bk on 10th of month . Going on the 18th! And , still no refund . Customer service tells me when they get to it “ I will get a refund “ in 5 days , 7days , by Monday . Will not shop here anymore .
