Worst app ever
I ordered a keypad phone, but it turned out to be defective and had multiple damages. It is not working properly. I applied for a return, but no courier partner has contacted me yet to pick up the product. I also tried reaching out to ShopClues customer support, but I haven’t received any solution from anywhere. The customer support number on ShopClues is not valid. Please fix my concerns as soon as possible.

Third class platform with all cheaters.
These guys are cheaters. Don’t use this platform.. All the items are of Chinese origin or duplicate products.. Moreover, they don’t deliver the orders and are cheating the hard earned money of customers.. They never respond on the support platform.. I have faced the same issue wherein I have not been delivered the product while the same was marked as delivered. Customer care support is non responsive.. I have raised complaint but I am still waiting for resolution. Don’t know where to approach..

Very bad experience- wrong delivery & No support
I ordered 4 shirts (a 3-pack + 1 extra shirt), but ShopClues delivered only 2 shirts of random sizes. This is completely unacceptable! After raising a return request, there has been no quick response from customer care. Such careless service and lack of proper support is very frustrating. If this is how ShopClues treats customers, it’s hard to trust them again.

They never deliver on promise date and even if u raise a complaint via mail or whatsapp they won’t even respond even after 48hrs..worst management i never saw worst app like this and i never going to shop again from this app.
