Worst app ever
I ordered a keypad phone, but it turned out to be defective and had multiple damages. It is not working properly. I applied for a return, but no courier partner has contacted me yet to pick up the product. I also tried reaching out to ShopClues customer support, but I haven’t received any solution from anywhere. The customer support number on ShopClues is not valid. Please fix my concerns as soon as possible.

Third class platform with all cheaters.
These guys are cheaters. Don’t use this platform.. All the items are of Chinese origin or duplicate products.. Moreover, they don’t deliver the orders and are cheating the hard earned money of customers.. They never respond on the support platform.. I have faced the same issue wherein I have not been delivered the product while the same was marked as delivered. Customer care support is non responsive.. I have raised complaint but I am still waiting for resolution. Don’t know where to approach..

Very bad experience- wrong delivery & No support
I ordered 4 shirts (a 3-pack + 1 extra shirt), but ShopClues delivered only 2 shirts of random sizes. This is completely unacceptable! After raising a return request, there has been no quick response from customer care. Such careless service and lack of proper support is very frustrating. If this is how ShopClues treats customers, it’s hard to trust them again.

I am using shopclues after my friends recommendation and I must say the shopping experience is amazing here. If you are reading this review never ever install this useless app
Like I said never ever install and order in this app or in any of shopclues apps. If order and you didn’t like the product and if wish to return forget about the money for a while like 2 to 3 moths. I had to rise complaint in national helpline to get my money back. To put it simply got back doesn’t install, save ur money n time.

Terrible
I ordered camay red soap , it was delivered 20 days later. And they sent black soap and when I tried to return it the automated system kept taking me in a loop, I was not able to get through to their call centre I was sent a product late and something I did not order was sent to me and they are not letting me talk to them. Will never order from them again

Not good app
Whenever I delivered my product all the time some problem is there. When for first time I ordered it give me wrong product , second time the product was very dirty and wire was very old and the packing was too bad, when third time I ordered two products in that colour was different ,product was different ,product was broken. All this things happen with me so who all read this be careful while ordering anything from this

I have ordered an item, they keep on delivering the wrong product when i asked for replacement they are now saying the product can’t be picked as they don’t service in that area when i tried to contact customer support it keeps on going to the whatsapp chat where it comes to an end where we don’t service in that area and it doesn’t lets us proceed more than that. So i am unable to return the product as well as not able to contact the customer service or support

After order from they not giving me refund every days they said wait for next 7 days if you can not do your work so why you open shop and I didn’t cancel the order they cancel order after a payment this is scam dont install if you want to install place cod order
Worst experience ever!
Firstly I ordered a key holder which was defective. So requested for Return & Refund. The order was picked but however the refund amount is in my cluesbucks wallet! There’s some technical error they say that they can’t transfer my money to my bank account and I can’t reach anyone. Everything is automated from chat to calls. This is really so unethical way of doing business!

I have ordered shoes and the quality was worst. They added money in the Shopclues account without asking. The money is not getting transferred in my bank account. Their customer support is even worst. They are giving the steps which we don’t have option in the app. Don’t use this app, it’s a fraud app.

Yes, once you order you will be clueless, no customer care no to call, no support at all, if you get damaged product it’s your luck, the app is the worst feature you can’t even raise a ticket through it, any feedback if at all you send remain unanswered. This site is a fraud best avoided.

Poor quality worst website!
I ordered a few products from this website, it was not like how it was in the picture at all! So I returned it. They said that they won’t refund my money to my bank account instead they will give it as ‘cluesbucks’. The items were in such a poor quality!! Do not buy from this website!
