They will sell you things that are broken ripped and have funky smells. So make sure you read every detail also in the beginning the shipping is very reasonable but then all of a sudden shipping is $15 or more.
Evil corporation
They get this stuff for free, but the second you open this app you see auction listings for 4k$. What happened to hunting at thrift stores? Everytime I find something on here that’s being auctioned by a thrift store near me, it’s bough for 10x what the asking price would’ve been less than two years ago when they still had physically jewelry displays by someone who lives across the country. Totally takes a way the fun of hunting at your local goodwill because it all is just sold for max profit on here. This place shouldn’t be named Goodwill any longer, it is a shell of what it used to be and is a second hand store more than a thrift store.

Bots on this app
I would love to say that I appreciate the constant updates or in the past few months i can really see you guys trying your best to perfect this. I can say I do notice on certain items of value you will run into after bidding you are immediately out bidded randomly. This happens it till a certain threshold people set on items. So for example a 10$ item, someone sets a threshold of 100$ on it. You run into this item and bid on it all the way up to 80 and you notice the entire time somone some how u are getting immediately out bidded. You reach 101 and it suddenly stops. Does that example make sense ? I'd set a verification before you bid on an item.

Good when app is working
App Constantly crashing, links are dead, sign in issues, app needs updating like yesterday.
The good and the bad
It all works fine, EXCEPT, the app randomly crashes about two to three pages deep in a search. That’s a terrible pain to deal with.
Too many bad experiences
Shill Bidding, Overpriced shipping that often cost more than the items, inaccurate descriptions that will trick you into buying garbage while offering no returns. Stinks that this is supposed to be a “non profit” while writing all of this off making a fortune for their CEO. If you know anything about businesses taxes you will understand.

terrible app but only choice
this app takes way longer to load than any other shopping app. i have missed some auctions ending because they just don’t load.
also, they should automatically show the shipping and handling price under the list price like ebay does. instead, i have to scroll down and press calculate shipping (and wait for the calculation) then do mental math for how much i will actually be paying for something.
for the devs that don’t care: get rid of the handling fee. just add to the starting bid of the auction. it is 2026, no one has handling fees anymore. we just incorporate them into the list price of the item.

Something not right with items being re-listed after closing bids.
Be cautious. I’ve been using this for a while. And I love the finds but I have a sinking feeling something is not right here. I’ve lost several bids many times at the last second only for those items to be re-listed. Some re-listed more than twice???? Each time the price was higher. Maybe it’s just me but I’m losing faith here.

Bugs, Bugs, & more bugs and not in the used clothes!
I love the UI of this app and the advanced search feature, but you still have a ways to go before this is actually functional for use. For the longest time I was unable to see any more pictures than the main one. I searched deep within the app though and found a feedback option. That issue was resolved shortly thereafter. Although now it seems there is a much bigger problem, when I attempt to sign in nothing happens. The app appears to think ever so slightly about opening a window for this but instead it just stays as is and as I said, nothing happens. Maybe get this fixed?? Thanks for your valuable time.

Shipping prices
Shipping prices too inconsistent and almost makes it not worth even winning the bid because it costs more than the item
Fix bugs on the iPhone version!!!!
The iPhone version keeps crashing, kicking me out of the app. I’ve missed out on good auctions because the app won't let me log in at crucial moments, and I can't view item images within the app. They need to fix it, or they’ll keep losing followers and users—myself included.
Awful
They will not let me reinstate my account, they said that if I even try to open a new account with a new email they will deactivate it. WOW awful. Bye!
Poor performance
The app is incredibly glitchy. Don’t try and win any auctions within the last minute or you are going to be left disappointed. Very poor user interface.

The search function is rudimentary, the photos sometimes look like they were taken by a cross eyed dingbat, and if you are waiting to put your bid in last minute, prepare for the app to freeze up just as you were about to press the button to increase the price on their items they received FOR FREE.
Oh did I mention that multiple times now the item I successfully won “wasn’t able to be located” from their region’s warehouses. Sure they refunded me, but that time and effort I put into navigating your elementary school computer lab app was wasted due to poor management on your employees.

App is glitchier than 90’s internet
This is by far the glitchiest app I work in. Items don’t load and it crashes or times out at some point every time I use it longer than 10 mins. I don’t know who’s managing the app, but hiring 1 or 2 developers would certainly help make the app usable.
Great when it works
Pretty much unusable in its current state. Can’t view any items. All listings marked S sold out when it is available on the web app.
Poor shipping and app glitches
This app is ridiculous when it comes to shipping prices. You get the items for free, and starting bid prices are high. Unfortunately, I’m not ignorant, and I understand how you write off all of this which results in a high profit that the ceo sits on. Also, app glitches and delays way too often
Disappointed and frustrated
I have donated and shopped Goodwill for years, like many other reviewers. This app is need of serious attention and with the amount of money they rob you of for over priced items that are not properly described, and inconsistent shipping and handling fees they should be able to afford some tech support. I have gotten items that cost more to ship “and handle” than the item itself. I have gotten poorly packed items that have arrived damaged and gotten no response from support. I have gotten clothing with stains in places are gross, paint on clothes, cracks in vintage items not described or depicted in pictures. Some stores are $2 an item for handling some are $6 with no cap if you add items to your order to make sense of the $14 shipping. I can ship the same items for $5-7 by the way via USPS ground advantage. I have paid for FedEx (because you don’t have a choice) and it gets sent usps ground. I have seen prices on the site higher than EBay and have been robbed of auctions being outbid in the last second, but the next day the same exact item in the same exact location posted with a higher starting price. It is wrong. It is dishonest. DO BETTER GOODWILL!!!
