Denied the Only Book of Value
I recently sent in a large selection of textbooks, with all of them being just a few years old in near perfect condition. The only book of real value (was worth quite a bit of money, they were going to pay me around $40 for it) they rejected for “excessive damage” even though it was perfectly fine when I sent it in. I’m very unimpressed and feel very frustrated that their “guidelines” feel like a way to not pay someone what they promised. If they were going to have issues and reject my textbooks of real value, I wish I had sold them somewhere else.
