Suggestion for better service
i think your service is great! The box always arrive on time and the quality is always what it says is on the website. The prices are fair and I really appreciate that options for the sales and clearance..
One thing that I would include to help improve or make the app even better is having a wish list alert service. when I have a man of the books that I wish to purchase have a lower price or a used copy has been coming in stock alerted. there is often times where there’s a book that I wanted that is a full price that I’m unable to afford at the time and it would be great to put it in my wish list and that if it has come available of used or half the price or on sale and get notified, I think I would make more purchase!

blatant scam
whenever you trade in your books they will reject whatever the most expensive one you sent in was, regardless of the condition that it was sent in. in my case, they were supposed to pay me $98 for a constitutional law textbook that i had bought new and opened maybe twice throughout the semester since i used the online textbook. it was in absolutely perfect condition when i sent it in, not a single thing written in it, not a single page missing, nothing. and they rejected it for being excessively damaged. customer service is useless as well. sell your books elsewhere, these guys will rip you off.

My opinion
The prices offered for the books are too low
Please do not sell on this app!
I submitted books to sell and was told I would be getting a bit over $150 for them. All of the books have been read one time OR NOT AT ALL! One of the books was a Blacks Law Dictionary that the spine of the book wasn’t even cracked because I never used it in school. Once they had the books the decided that they would only be paying me LESS THAN HALF of what I was told saying the books didn’t meet the standards! They wouldn’t tell me what about them didn’t meet the standards either! They just stole these unused books! DO NOT SELL HERE!

Don’t do it!
I scanned so many books that said they would be accepted and boxed them up as I scanned them. Almost 2 weeks after I mailed the box in, I finally got the email telling me what they were accepting, rejecting, and claimed as missing. They claimed they did not receive half of the books I sent in. Where are they? Not still at my house. It’s funny how they “didn’t receive” the stuff that they were going to pay a higher amount on, which still was not nearly what I could have sold them for myself. Very convenient for them. I do not recommend using this company!

Won’t send any email with shipping labels, disabled my account for contacting support
Very disappointed in the service given its high reviews. Couldn’t get a QR code or shipping label sent and, after having to lookup their support email since their “bot” is helpless, this morning my account is disabled. Very irritating.
Not for me
I’d rather donate them to the library than take 25 to 40 cents for a 10-15 dollar book.
Incorrect isbn
Many books I scan give a different title, when I enter them manually sometimes they are the books I’m holding. Sometimes not. It’s very irritating and time consuming. Also the books I send in are in pristine and very good shape and I’m offered so little. I’m disappointed in that. Especially at the price of the book originally. A one time read.

Don’t recommend it
They don’t let you select the condition of the book… which they should since it would be a different value, depending on the condition. Then when you send in your books, they try to not pay you for some of them “because of the condition” as if you got to tell them what condition it was? It’s kind of a scam if you ask me. When I deleted the app after them not paying me for certain books, they ended up paying me out for the rest of what they didn’t try to pay me for at first, so I guess that’s cool but I had to delete the app for them to do that… which makes me think, the business model is, they see which people they can get away with scamming.

What a waste of time! Selling books at .11-.28 a book is ridiculous!!!
They’ll rob you….don’t waste your time.
Did 2 separate transactions….first one was great. They lure you in with a promo code for extra money and essentially pay you exactly what they quote you. My second transaction was quoted to me for over $40 and then they paid me $15.27. Of course, when you try to contact them, there are no answers, they can’t tell you anything because your books have already been “recycled” or processed…..basically it doesn’t matter that you get less than half of what they offered. I had a brand new Math Curriculum set in my second transaction that they originally offered me $19.00 for. Then I receive a measly $15.27 for ALL 24 items???? They’re dishonest….they’ll cheat you….and I’d recommend you just donate to your local Little Lending Library than sell to these Scammers.

Be weary
I think something is just not right with this service. They rejected some of my items, many of them higher values, but they accepted items that were very well read. You don’t get the rejected items back. I found the same items listed on their site l, and I suspects they could be my items. Just don’t send anything that you will regret not receiving the cash back for.

Easy and efficient
This has been a great way to move some of my books to a place where they will be re-enjoyed.
World books eliminates literacy
World books appears to recycle and re-distribute literature and knowledge. I paid a total of $100 for 3 books 30 years ago. they were on the founding fathers and a Hudson Valley full color pictorial
