Sweet deals with great rewards
I love shopkicking for items I need as well as finding new items I haven’t tried. Then getting gift cards to give as gifts or use myself on gifts. There can be a few hiccups along te way but mostly positive.
Walk-ins still don’t work
Your latest app update has not fixed walk-ins. I’ve tried it several times since the update at various stores and it’s still not working! I’m getting close to just deleting this app…
Kicks
Can’t get kicks walk in from more then two weeks and posted less kicks then before. Good store with kicks are out from site.
Walk-ins broken
Walk-ins do not work for any store for the last several days. I reported it awhile back but is still broken.
I Love having and using Shopkick
It’s easy and fun and I have made almost $2,000 in gift cards
Shopkick app stinks
I can’t get nearby kicks/ it doesn’t scan fruits & vegetables & tells me what to shop for which I hate!

Where are the walk-in kicks
I’m a longtime Shopkick user, and have not had any walk-ins for weeks. Yes I did the update supposedly for this issue, but nothing has changed. And yes I did all the recommended things and still no walk-ins. Please fix!!
Ripped off
I appeared inside Publix and never got the walk in points and also need to increase walk in points to 20 points of walk ins
Used to be good
I used to love this app but recently I rarely have any walk in kick options and when I do, they do not work. I will be in the store and can’t get kicks. I’ve reported several issues to CS and they claim they are aware of the issues and are working on them. I don’t believe that. I think my last reward was about a year ago and I’m still working to at least get to the $10.00 reward!!

This app updated my info then lost everything!
Walk Ins Down, I’m Out
If the Walk in feature isn’t fixed, there isn’t a point to this app anymore. Everything I see says support team isn’t very supportive either. Should ideally gift broken some shop kicks for the inconvenience.
New to shopkick
Just downloaded and learning the app. In 10 minutes I have 30 kicks to redeem for items if I wish. Think I’m gonna love it

Update: I still have not received a response from customer support and the issue still has not been fixed. It’s been about 3 weeks! My advice, find a different app!

ShopKicks is great! There are a few glitches here and there but over all is fun. Love that your reward is almost instant when requested. Great reward options too!!
Walk-in Kick Issues
For about the past week or so, I haven’t been able to get Walk-in Kicks at stores even though the settings on my phone and in the app are the same as they were before this started happening. I’m not sure if it’s in conjunction with a recent update or two, but it’s frustrating when I try to get the Walk-in Kicks and it doesn’t work.

Most of the time the app freezes. Also doesn’t recognize your walk in kicks. Support is no help.
