Not dependable
The app is very unreliable. I have got it to work about 25% of the time. Very disappointed.
Glitch
App no longer works after the update. I’m stuck with a blank white screen. Works on the web browser just fine so I guess I’ll have to go back doing that.
Glitches, no support, no updates
When I enter a Server URL, the screen turns a white blank and doesn’t refresh at all despite waiting for hours. The same url works fine inside a mobile as well as a web browsers. So this is an issue with the software engineering of this poor quality app.
Needs serious work and legit support
This app doesn’t retain the input data, and there’s no “support” link or on the company website; just “sales.”
It’s not my devices or OS. There’s no update to download.
Tried removing and uninstalling and now can’t get back in (with info that worked previously) to use it at all!
Going back to manual so I can function…and since extra time (I’m not paid for) to make up fur these shortcomings, making this work cost more than I’m making so I’m moving on.

They don’t pay you
I was given a bad review for a job that I didn’t accept and now they blocked me from viewing any jobs after I reached out about it. They have yet to pay me for the jobs I did complete.
Shopmetrics is definitely helpful, but has issues.
This app allows me to switch between each account I have with Shopmetrics. That is great in itself. However, the ‘“forgot password” feature does not work. And I really wish it could lump all the companies together. But it does not. I have to switch between each. But this is still faster than doing it web-side. So pros vs cons. It’s for you to decide. I give it 4 stars because it’s almost there… I think legalities are the reason this app can’t be what we all want.
