Scam, unattractive deal
Just like others' said, changed the terms and limited the account credit with expiration date, not giving you opportunity to redeem it. And the deal sucks!!!

Used to be really good with great offers that you’d actually want to buy. Plus you could cash out at any time. Now you can only cash out once you’ve earned £10…and the latest is that you’re charged a £4 admin fee if you don’t use the app regularly. I’ve not used it as your offers are rubbish…nothing id actually buy…and very little off an item….50p of an already hugely overpriced product. Think we all need to delete the app now. Waste of time.

Poor downgrade
Really poor they deduct £4 for inactivity if you haven’t claimed in 6 months in addition to having to reach a £10 threshold to claim. Generally the deals aren’t as good as they used to be, 20% ~ 33% isn’t really that helpful.

It’s a scam now. Avoid!
Used to be great. Now they’ve got no good offers ever, a £10 minimum to cash out, and introduced an “inactive account fee” of £4 if you don’t use them which is extremely predatory. I was emailed and told I had 2 weeks to submit a claim to avoid this fee, I submitted a claim which was approved, and yet still got charged the fee. Support did reverse this at least when I contacted them, but why does this fee exist at all? I’m going to cash out then delete the app, as it’s clear that the aim of Shopmium is now to prey on and exploit users rather than providing a real service.

Bad bad bad
Used to be decent, had it a few years, firstly they changed it to be £10 minimum withdrawal, now they’ve changed it that they take the money out of your account if you do not submit a claim within a certain time. I had accrued £7.30 and was obviously waiting to save to £10. As they had bad deals on and nothing interesting for me to try, I was waiting to do so. Then, they took the £7.30 out my account with no prior warning. Deleted my account and would recommend others to do the same, corrupt.

Went downhill
Was such a great app. But now very minimal cashback and minimum 10£ to withdraw. Disappointing.
Not good anymore
I’ve had this app for a few years and it was very good. I’m going to delete the app today because it’s had a few changes recently- firstly you cannot take out funds less than £10 anymore. Secondly and by far the worst is that if you don’t use account for a month they take away money from your pot … but what they have to offer on there is now so random and when there are things I actually want it’s never in the shops to utilise the app. I Braught something recently to specifically get my balance above £10 only to find that I’ve been deducted £8:20

Wish I’d read others
Minimum cash out is £10 and they deducted £7.50 from me before I could reach the £10 minimum. Such a scam. Advertisers should not be using this platform as it only gives a bad reputation to their products.
PayPal!
Cnt connect PayPal account to Shopmium account, even though, it’s recommended to use PayPal. Link does not work..
Awful app
Awful app - seems they’ve have got greedy. Now you have to earn £10 to withdraw and charge an admin fee if you don’t submit cashback. They wiped my account of my built up cashback with no prior notice.
Massive waste of time
Don’t even bother, the discounts are pathetic and not worth it at all. All products are rubbish that no one would ever buy anyway.
Not worth it
A lot of the offers are useless as they cannot be completed when there is another sort of offer in the shop, if nothing is worthwhile getting you will end up being charged a lot of money by the app
Scam
I used shopmium for years and loved it. They then changed the goalposts and you need to save up £10 cash back to get your money back. They then take the money back if you don’t use the app often enough. Real shame as it was actually good before. I won’t recommend it and I won’t use it again
Terribly misleading
Isn’t clear you have to achieve £10 to get money back. This is hard to do as not all products are ones you’d want to buy. Finally got to that point of £10 credit and then they deducted two amounts equal to £6 as I had not used the account in a month. Means I don’t have enough in my account and need to spend more to get my money back. Basically scamming people so it’s impossible to get what the app promised. Other people have complained the same on reviews. Save your time and don’t bother.

Account debited and birthday offer doesn’t work
I went to scan the birthday offer as my birthday was less than 14 days ago, for it then to say I couldn’t use it. Despite it being on my account.
I then noticed it debited £8 from my account without notifying me.
Have to have £10 to withdraw the money and now only have £4.
Wouldn’t bother using this app.
