Itās a scam now. Avoid!
Used to be great. Now theyāve got no good offers ever, a Ā£10 minimum to cash out, and introduced an āinactive account feeā of Ā£4 if you donāt use them which is extremely predatory. I was emailed and told I had 2 weeks to submit a claim to avoid this fee, I submitted a claim which was approved, and yet still got charged the fee. Support did reverse this at least when I contacted them, but why does this fee exist at all? Iām going to cash out then delete the app, as itās clear that the aim of Shopmium is now to prey on and exploit users rather than providing a real service.

Bad bad bad
Used to be decent, had it a few years, firstly they changed it to be Ā£10 minimum withdrawal, now theyāve changed it that they take the money out of your account if you do not submit a claim within a certain time. I had accrued Ā£7.30 and was obviously waiting to save to Ā£10. As they had bad deals on and nothing interesting for me to try, I was waiting to do so. Then, they took the Ā£7.30 out my account with no prior warning. Deleted my account and would recommend others to do the same, corrupt.

Went downhill
Was such a great app. But now very minimal cashback and minimum 10Ā£ to withdraw. Disappointing.
Not good anymore
Iāve had this app for a few years and it was very good. Iām going to delete the app today because itās had a few changes recently- firstly you cannot take out funds less than Ā£10 anymore. Secondly and by far the worst is that if you donāt use account for a month they take away money from your pot ā¦ but what they have to offer on there is now so random and when there are things I actually want itās never in the shops to utilise the app. I Braught something recently to specifically get my balance above Ā£10 only to find that Iāve been deducted Ā£8:20

Minimum cash out is Ā£10 and they deducted Ā£7.50 from me before I could reach the Ā£10 minimum. Such a scam. Advertisers should not be using this platform as it only gives a bad reputation to their products.

Cnt connect PayPal account to Shopmium account, even though, itās recommended to use PayPal. Link does not work..
Awful app
Awful app - seems theyāve have got greedy. Now you have to earn Ā£10 to withdraw and charge an admin fee if you donāt submit cashback. They wiped my account of my built up cashback with no prior notice.
Massive waste of time
Donāt even bother, the discounts are pathetic and not worth it at all. All products are rubbish that no one would ever buy anyway.
Not worth it
A lot of the offers are useless as they cannot be completed when there is another sort of offer in the shop, if nothing is worthwhile getting you will end up being charged a lot of money by the app
Scam
I used shopmium for years and loved it. They then changed the goalposts and you need to save up Ā£10 cash back to get your money back. They then take the money back if you donāt use the app often enough. Real shame as it was actually good before. I wonāt recommend it and I wonāt use it again
Terribly misleading
Isnāt clear you have to achieve Ā£10 to get money back. This is hard to do as not all products are ones youād want to buy. Finally got to that point of Ā£10 credit and then they deducted two amounts equal to Ā£6 as I had not used the account in a month. Means I donāt have enough in my account and need to spend more to get my money back. Basically scamming people so itās impossible to get what the app promised. Other people have complained the same on reviews. Save your time and donāt bother.

Account debited and birthday offer doesnāt work
I went to scan the birthday offer as my birthday was less than 14 days ago, for it then to say I couldnāt use it. Despite it being on my account.
I then noticed it debited Ā£8 from my account without notifying me.
Have to have Ā£10 to withdraw the money and now only have Ā£4.
Wouldnāt bother using this app.

Inactive fee
I think it is wrong that they charge you Ā£4.00 for inactivity. I used my account but for some strange reason the uploaded receipt didnāt go through. It is not very clear that the fee will be charged and is very unfair as sometimes the offers arenāt always applicable to me. Very disappointed with Shopmium now

Totally rubbish
This used to be a decent app, products on offer are not as good as they used to be, they are hardly ever available in the shop the offer is valid for. Then they take what you have earned back in fees.
Go with checkout smart or green Jin instead
On face of it this should be the best app of the coupon apps with nice branding , but it actually performs a ton worse than the titled rivals because the in app design of products is poorly laid out. There's also the 'account management fee' which I think is probably illegal but it's so low value it's not even worth flagging to anyone. There probably struggling and need to recoup losses, as people probably use it for the freebie and never again. I predict it will go out of business in 6 months
