I love this app! It’s been around for awhile, and after a MUCH needed update, it is now better than EVER! This is the app to get if you take shopping lists with you to the market! Highly recommended!
Know the cost
I was embarrassed at not knowing the cost of individual items after going shopping and at the same time budgets were getting tight. Since downloading and using Shoppie I’ve solved both problems. After several shopping trips I can calculate the cost of a pending shopping trip before I set out. In short I’ve killed two birds with one stone with an app that not only works but looks good too.
In future updates it would be useful to be able to re-order individual lists and also re-order items
within a list. For example I’d like to be able to put the list for a particular shop first and within that list I might have 30 items but I only want to buy 10 of them on a particular day - I’d like to put those at the top of the list. Since I travel abroad a great deal I’d also like to be able to operate in different currencies. As it stands Shoppie appears to take the denomination from the general settings and so it currently shows the £ sign, while I’m now working in China where the renminbi is the unit of currency. Regardless of these things being implemented Shoppie has already saved me hard cash, because I can compare prices at different stores and I can now state the price of almost everything I purchase regularly.

Super disappointing
I like that you can sync the list & that the price section is already formatted. I'm aghast that I can't seem to edit a prior entry! There is no provision for scanning a bar code, or maybe just the ability to take a picture of the price! I hope that this is an early version; if it weren't for the fact that I think I bought it, I'd delete it.

Could use some improvements
This is pretty close to exactly what I was looking for. I wanted an app that would act as a calculator and my list at the same time so I wouldn't have to switch back and forth between two apps or carry a paper list, which I often forget to bring. It is difficult to add items to the list and it crashed many times while I was shopping. It's a great idea, but the execution isn't there yet.

Almost Perfect
Desperately needs the ability to edit a list title.... Otherwise it's simple and effective.
