Purchasing a gift card for the exact amount is a feature many members enjoy because it helps maximize every dollar while earning instant cash back. Regarding barcodes, the availability of a barcode or PIN is determined by each individual merchant’s gift card program. While most brands support barcode scanning, others currently require the gift card number and PIN to be entered or presented manually. We’re continually working with our gift card partners to expand the number of merchants that support barcode redemption wherever possible. Thank you again for your support and valuable feedback. Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, Shopr Rewards works by allowing users to purchase digital gift card value within the app in order to earn instant cashback. Each transaction requires several steps including selecting a retailer, entering an amount, reviewing the details, and confirming the purchase by clicking "Confirm Purchase" before it is completed. The value from these transactions is not lost — it remains fully available in the user’s account as digital gift cards that can be used with the selected retailer. If the app has been removed, access can be restored at any time, or we can securely resend the gift cards for use. Our support team has been in direct contact and has provided detailed guidance, and we remain available to assist further in accessing and using the full value.
