Each transaction requires several steps including selecting a retailer, entering an amount, reviewing the details, and confirming the purchase by clicking "Confirm Purchase" before it is completed. The value from these transactions is not lost — it remains fully available in the user’s account as digital gift cards that can be used with the selected retailer. If the app has been removed, access can be restored at any time, or we can securely resend the gift cards for use. Our support team has been in direct contact and has provided detailed guidance, and we remain available to assist further in accessing and using the full value.
