I love my seller however my item was stopped at the US boarder in customs saying the over 6000 dollar purchase was seized and I was altered it was counterfeit merchandise I have used this app and purchased many items.. I am floored by this.. please note USA is sending the item back now I question why would such a larger platform allow this..

Platform Allows Scammers To Scam Buyers
Read their Terms and Services before buying anything on here! They will not protect the buyer. They require very little proof from the seller that they sent the item and holds the buyer accountable for the sellers fraudulent behavior. Customer service is terrible and rude. Cannot contact anybody via phone. We will be going through legal avenues to ensure that this company and that seller are held accountable. They are not accredited by the Federal Better Business Bureau so that should tell you a lot about this company. Stay far away from them.

App is great. Content? What happened?
App works great. SSS was a staple shopping platform for me. Was. Not the developers fault. But I digress. They got rid of all their anchor hosts. Bring back Eric, Dawn, Lou, Jose. What good is the app if the content is boring? We want style insights, humor, sass, and great deals. Make SSS fun again.

Shopping experience
Terrible experience. Returned one item which o though was too many and was not reimbursed. Contested the charge but they did reimburse me. Now they blocked my purchases just for one item after all the $ I have spent. They blame it on Al algorithm which cannot be override. Never heard of this and highly questionable. Do not trust them!

Customer service is embarrassingly bad. Item never ships, yet you have to spend weeks emailing trying to get assistance on getting your money back.
Shipping is so expensive. 30-40 dollar for an item to take 4 weeks to get to you? Unacceptable.
Seems like management is delusional on what services the app provides, and it’s obvious that the app is okay with abusing high paying customers. Pass for me after years of shopping.
Who ever is running the app- pay attention. Take note. Time for a reality check.

Did not even get to start…
Downloaded the app, tried in vain 4 times to get the validating code. Never came… righteously earning the title: CRAPP
Can’t login again
I’d been inactive on the app so reinstalled it but every time I try to login it says I’ve “already reached the maximum number of accounts per phone” but I’m only trying to login to my existing account. Very frustrating.
Products are from china..knock offs?
Ad said from Japan but most stuff are from china so I’m assuming then these bags and stuff are all fakes
iOS 18 issues
App isn’t as great after the latest OS. For example videos don’t expand to full screen. When you tap on the icon to expand the app actually freezes.
Awful!
I just wanted to shop Century 21 like I have so many times in the past.. the only way you can see anything online for them is through this terrible app. It is a curated scroll of the most expensive products they sell, no way to search, no rhyme or reason to what is displayed. I can’t imagine anyone would enjoy shopping this way.

A pushy obnoxious app. It’s what everyone thinks of as a stereotypical Long Islander being in your face. I lived there 25 years, I know: it’s like someone extracted that essence and compressed it into a rude and pushy cheap-but-overpriced cologne. Ugh.

I purchased a fake chanel bumbag from Shopshops it’s price as 2nd market price but I received a couldn’t say authentic bag it’s fake uniform bumbag, I revert to customer service, they say they only work on those item within 3 business days after delivery. I mentioned I was travelling in that times how can I check the item. They just ignored me. I m Super angry like cheating feeling, the vendor is Beijing
