So busted. Update made it even worse. Can’t log in w a Google email , error on entire women’s section when I shop as guest. Was the best app for years but recently kept declining. Feeds not working . Now totally unusable. Edit: website says they’re closed. Why weren’t we notified to save all our data elsewhere !

Just forced to update and now I can’t log in. Error messages no matter what I do. Huge fail by the tech people. So disappointing. I like to app a lot.

I can’t believe you guys just shut down access to the website without notice! I thought we had until July! At least give people a heads up so they can export the items they’ve saved!
I’ve been using this app for 10 years and had 1000 items saved. Luckily I had it loaded on my web browser and was able to export to pdf.

Here we go with the downgrades
I’ve been using this app for years. Loved it. BUT it now seems the developers are up to something because my favorite items now no longer seem to update when they’re on sale and i noticed the web page has fewer features than the app. Naturally I just need to “update to the newest version” so the app will work again—MINUS features I have previously been using.

Seems like after the recent iso update the app keeps crashing
Sadly broken
After days offline the app now works but after the last update search results are obscured by a large white box running down the middle of the screen. This app is unusable.

Looks like Shopstyle app is broken. Been using for yrs, it stopped working tdy. I deleted it & loaded new app, kps saying “oops we have a problem”.

Love this app and use it all the time but something’s wrong as of today, and all my favorited items are missing. Yes I’m logged in. Help!

Had this app for years always been great , but it’s getting worse , I can’t even browse the app as it just says oops something went wrong

So sad that this app has come to an end. This use to be one of my favorite apps but after several years of decline, it is finally over. RIP ShopStyle.
Just broke
This was the most useful app until a couple of days ago. Now it doesn’t work at all anymore on the ipad. Lost all the Favorites, can’t login, can’t sign up 403 Forbidden errors. Have to look for alternatives. Please fix.

I love being able to search for a clothing item, type of shoe, purse, etc., & being able to find so many options in 1 place.
‘Sort” is not working
2024: Update to my review from over two years ago. The sort button is still not working and I keep asking and they keep telling me they’re going to fix it. Now all I see is pages and pages of items under $50- really trashy clothing. Now I can’t shop buy my favorite brands - there is no way to figure out how to get all of your favorite brands showing at once like it used to . I guess when they start messing around and try to make it different, they just screw it up. It was a perfect app for so many years. My go-to for shopping.
It looks like I’m going to have to find another shopping app. This one looks like there’s no hope because they really don’t seem to care what their clients want.

Sort has not been working for over a year. I told you about it over a year ago. I did what you told me but that didn’t work . I deleted the app and redownloaded it a couple of times. It’s extremely frustrating as I get items I don’t want to see. I don’t understand why you haven’t fixed this. I used to use your app constantly for at least 10 years but now I dislike it because I see things I’m not interested in. I know there’s a price level button but it’s still not good. I don’t have time. The SORT FILTER SHOULD WORK. Please fix this and I’ll change my rating app.

Your search is buggy as it is now showing distinct search results for each size of an item. For example, if I search for a specific dress (e.g., BCBGMAXAZRIA One Shoulder High Low Gown) and set a filter to show size 8 and size 10, the search will return two results: one for the size 8 version and one for the size 10 version. This leads to a doubling of search results to sift through.
Also, still repeating my request that you introduce a feature allowing us to sort by brand. Shouldn’t be that hard. Would be extremely useful.

Whatever you did please make it right. This app is useless without all the stores I love missing. I don’t want to go back to having each store’s app. This is really sad. Original review ADD SORTING BY BRAND TO SEARCH RESULTS Main reason: this is the number one way brick and mortar stores are organized. It helps you focus on that brand’s style so you don’t get so much dissonance from item to item. It also helps you identify coordinates. I love this app but it gets really annoying/tiring when you have a search returning 1,000 items and there is no correlation in style from one item to the next or when I have to go into the filter 10 separate times to achieve the brand focus I want Other (much less critical) items on my wish list: Being able to add or remove a brand from my favorites directly from an item listing Being able to create favorite store list, instead of just favorite brands list Other stuff FYI - I agree with other reviews that the recent updates are the opposite of improvements. I very much doubt any users asked for those changes. You should be much more careful about letting developers blindly tinker with an excellent app, just saying.
