Terrible doesn’t work scam
Fix remote problem!
They need to quickly fix this problem where the shortcut remote not connecting. I shouldn’t need to email a person to operate my remote. The only thing I should do is be able to connect remote only to my iPad and be able to use the app with it. Please fix this. It’s not fair for the people that bought your product.

Useless App
The app either crashes or connects to the remote and does.... Nothing. Can't even get it to key routing.

接続方法
iPadでのACK05-Bの接続方法を調べましたが公式サイトにはなかった様なので自分が解決した方法を一応書いておきます。
バージョンは問題ないがBluetoothに繋がらない
→ホイールの中央ボタンを長押し
繋がったらこのアプリのconnectを押して使用可能になりました。
色々調べても何故Bluetoothと繋がらないのかが不明で困っていたので公式の方でiPadとの接続方法、アプリの使い方など詳しくまとめてくださると助かります。

Would not pair with Mac Studio
Great form factor and feel of the wheel and buttons. There is nothing in the site for a driver, etc. Tried many ways to pair to the Mac Studio with no luck. Maybe this is really for PC? Reluctantly returned.

Macでは使えましたが、このアプリがずっと動作しないままなのでiPadでの使用は諦めるしかないです。XPPenの液タブ本体は素晴らしいですが、アプリが全部コレなので結果的に使い物になりません。

In DaVinci works only 1 key - spacebar. But wheel does not work at all. Please fix it, either way it’s completely useless

I really wanted this app to work. But sadly it doesn’t. The remote connects to my iPad just fine, but the key bindings don’t seem to work. I tried assigning keys multiple times, but nothing happens after that — no response when I press the remote buttons.
It’s a shame because this could be a great budget-friendly alternative to expensive shortcut remotes, especially for artists using Procreate. The concept is solid and the app interface looks promising.
I’m giving it 1 stars for now because of the key binding issue. If this gets fixed in a future update, I’ll definitely update my rating — I’d love to actually use this with my workflow.
