Impossible to buy tickets on this app. No queueing process, just an absolute free for all with all of the scalpers getting them.

Best ticketing vision and great implementation

This is a well implemented idea to protect buyers, sellers and event promoters from unnecessary alternative market ticket selling.

If consumers voices are heard - this should be the only app that every promoter should use unless you are party to promoting unfair practices.

Arnaque

Ne laissez JAMAIS votre carte bancaire sur une liste d’attente Shotgun.

J’étais en liste d’attente depuis avril pour un événement juin. Ma carte a été débitée à 2h du matin alors que l’événement avait déjà commencé depuis plusieurs heures. Résultat : billet inutilisable pour moi. Je n’habite même pas dans la ville de l’événement.

Système d’arnaque, : Le billet se revend dans la seconde (sûrement une personne en liste d’attente ayant également enregistré sa carte bancaire). Sauf que entre temps, on est déjà prélevé des frais par rapport au prix original du ticket parce qu’on qu’on étais sur liste d’attente et ensuite des frais de revende.

This app is horrible for getting any kind of information they have 0 ways get to a human the UI sucks it won’t let you get rid of notifications unless you do what it wants horrible app hate that I have to use it might cancel my ticket because of the trash app alone

Exception Customer Service

I cannot praise this company enough, and in particular Cris from their customer service team. I purchased tickets to a gig in Portugal and was due to fly from Australia however due to a medical emergency I was unable to fly. I requested a refund and provided documentation regarding my situation. Cris and the team dealt with my request promptly and provided a full refund for the tickets.
I wish there were more people like Cris in the world and more companies like Shotgun.
Thank you so much.

There is no customer service, the app works horrible, every time you try to get any ticket the link get branded and stay in grey with out letting you confirm the purchase.

Indiscutivelmente melhor app de eventos

App sempre abre rápido e sempre está logado. Funciona bem com Internet ruim, que é especialmente importante na entrada de eventos grandes em estádios.
Compra-se ingresso com poucos clicks e sem precisar digitar nenhuma informação.
O sistema de revenda é ótimo.

just trying to resell my ticket

Email reset send doesn’t work, can’t change my password through the website under “Account” so I can’t even log into my account from my phone. You can only resell tickets through the app as well but not on the website? Will be avoiding shows that use this app in the future because it’s such a headache.
