I feel robbed
I uploaded an image of a Knight in full armor. The app created a regular man in a suit. I contacted customer service to notify them and request my coins be returned since the video is clearly not what I requested. I was told my image could not be created so the app selected one for me and they will not return my coins. I feel robbed. If the app could not create the video using the photo I uploaded, the photo should have been rejected and I should have been informed to select another photo. Instead, the app accepted my photo and created a video using a person of their choice. Not returning my coins after their error is not good customer service. I’m canceling my subscription.
