When It Works, It’s Great…
But when it doesn’t it’s awful. It randomly removed my login credentials, and won’t let me back in. There goes my movie.
It’s great… sorta
I can find what I’m looking for most times. Then the small things like showtime and length aren’t always shown in a way (on a page/in a section) that’s helpful. Clicking into and out of a page/section just to recheck information has multiple time caused me to need refresh to e page/app or even log out and back in again. That is frustrating. Especially when you then loose the seats or tickets because of all that. Sometimes they are only losses because the system itself hasn’t refreshed. -\_(^. .^)_/-

Doesn’t even launch
Literally doesn’t even work. It just shows the showcase logo and never actually opens to the app
Quick and easy
Very simple to use , all in a touch of the finger.
Thanks showcase!
Love $5 Tuesdays! Huge fans!
Nothing like seeing a movie in a theater
Always enjoy going to Showcase, any of them. Plus now there are studies that people that go to the movies live 3 years longer. Lifetime movie goer here
Not Great
Went to this theatre many times and the website has issues. It prompted me over and over to pay again for seat I already tried to purchase a week ahead of time that had all open seats and just kept bringing me back to the same page. asking me to log in just to bring me back to the home page again. Something’s broken. And It asked to give all of my card credentials over and over. While not showing my tickets. I eventually got them but that experience was less than convenient. Most people would have went to a different theatre and gave up

Easy peasey
So easy with the app. Easy payment and right to my phone. Plus can get snacks👍
The only way I buy movie tickets!
The Showcase Cinema app is an excellent way to purchase movie tickets. It’s the only way I buy tickets now! I have secured tickets ahead of a show, where I want for groups from 2-20! Knowing where everyone will sit and being able to purchase snacks ahead of time is ideal and a big time saver! Our family loves it.

Satisfying reward system
An actual satisfying reward system. Everytime I plan a movie I have rewards which makes me feel like I am getting something.
Enjoy The Show!!
The best part about the Sahab is that there are no service fees if you’re in the reward member with the theater
I love the deals!
Only thing I do t like is not being able to cancel a ticket and having to call.
App has Glitches
Like right now i open app and it goes right to snacks. Wont show me the movies that are playing. Theres issues using starpass rewards at payment check out sometimes.
Excellent app!
I’ve been a longtime movie-goer and showtimes app user, to see this app come together in the manner it has, be intuitive and engaging as such is awesome. To all fellow moviegoers hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do.
Good brand
Love this place and app. We go to the one in Dedham, MA
Decent enough app but wouldn’t let me book a single seat with a seat space away from stranger.
There’s a total of 8 people booked for the showing I want to attend and the app refuses to let me book a seat with a 1 or even a 2 seat buffer away from other patrons saying it doesn’t allow seating gaps. It will only let me book sitting directly next to another patron or 4 seats away. This is a terrible feature/ policy. Essentially, 4 people are occupying an entire row so I can’t sit there unless I sit directly next to them or the last seat next to the aisle. I was able to book the seat I wanted through another app with no issues. This policy needs to go.

Easy and quick
Love this app and all the amenities it has to offer, makes going to the movies a breeze
Horrible app
Not sure what they did but there isn’t even a pic next to movie name to get an idea of what it’s about or its cast. You have to jump through hoops to even see trailer or preview of a movie and sometimes that doesn’t even exist. I don’t write reviews but I was forced to since this is soo sooo bad app. Was not like this earlier. Fix it!

Worst app ever-go to the website instead
This is beyond bad. Not user intuitive AT ALL. Frustrating to use. So clunky. Not enough information on which screen a movie is playing on. But the website has all that information. Skip downloading this app and go straight to the website to book tickets. What kind of ux/ui folks are you hiring ? Skip the app. Go the website
