Nothing like seeing a movie in a theater
Always enjoy going to Showcase, any of them. Plus now there are studies that people that go to the movies live 3 years longer. Lifetime movie goer here
Not Great
Went to this theatre many times and the website has issues. It prompted me over and over to pay again for seat I already tried to purchase a week ahead of time that had all open seats and just kept bringing me back to the same page. asking me to log in just to bring me back to the home page again. Something’s broken. And It asked to give all of my card credentials over and over. While not showing my tickets. I eventually got them but that experience was less than convenient. Most people would have went to a different theatre and gave up

The only way I buy movie tickets!
The Showcase Cinema app is an excellent way to purchase movie tickets. It’s the only way I buy tickets now! I have secured tickets ahead of a show, where I want for groups from 2-20! Knowing where everyone will sit and being able to purchase snacks ahead of time is ideal and a big time saver! Our family loves it.

Satisfying reward system
An actual satisfying reward system. Everytime I plan a movie I have rewards which makes me feel like I am getting something.

App has Glitches
Like right now i open app and it goes right to snacks. Wont show me the movies that are playing. Theres issues using starpass rewards at payment check out sometimes.

I’ve been a longtime movie-goer and showtimes app user, to see this app come together in the manner it has, be intuitive and engaging as such is awesome. To all fellow moviegoers hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do.

Decent enough app but wouldn’t let me book a single seat with a seat space away from stranger.
There’s a total of 8 people booked for the showing I want to attend and the app refuses to let me book a seat with a 1 or even a 2 seat buffer away from other patrons saying it doesn’t allow seating gaps. It will only let me book sitting directly next to another patron or 4 seats away. This is a terrible feature/ policy. Essentially, 4 people are occupying an entire row so I can’t sit there unless I sit directly next to them or the last seat next to the aisle. I was able to book the seat I wanted through another app with no issues. This policy needs to go.

Love this app and all the amenities it has to offer, makes going to the movies a breeze
Horrible app
Not sure what they did but there isn’t even a pic next to movie name to get an idea of what it’s about or its cast. You have to jump through hoops to even see trailer or preview of a movie and sometimes that doesn’t even exist. I don’t write reviews but I was forced to since this is soo sooo bad app. Was not like this earlier. Fix it!

Worst app ever-go to the website instead
This is beyond bad. Not user intuitive AT ALL. Frustrating to use. So clunky. Not enough information on which screen a movie is playing on. But the website has all that information. Skip downloading this app and go straight to the website to book tickets. What kind of ux/ui folks are you hiring ? Skip the app. Go the website

Vouchers not allowed
There is no function to use vouchers, which I get for free through my work. I have to physically go in and buy tickets hpurs or days before movies to use these because the app doesn’t accept them and the website allows me to input codes but takes does not reduce the price of tickets.
Rewards
Rewards use to be able to take off the ticket bill.
Charged but no tickets…
I have used this app in the past. While not difficult to use by any means it could be a better user experience. Today I attempted to purchase tickets for a show the next day. Twice my payment did not go through - I was taken back to the payment screen and not provided my order number and receipt as in the past. However, when checking my payment accounts both were charged. I am now wasting my time (time is money right?) contacting my credit accounts to cancel payments that did not result in a transaction. Be better Showcase Cinemas!
