Calendar sync
Automatically syncs to calendar apps with information that does not pertain to me. When I called to ask how to disable this feature, they say they have no control over it. Useless support and archaic app features.

I have to use it
Your first clue is that it always says “Attempting to sign in”. Even it doesn’t know if it’s going to work or not. This app is required by my job and causes me endless frustration. They could fix the bugs, stuck loops and error messages, but apparently they don’t have to.

Notifications are clunky
Good luck getting showing notifications. If you get them by email you'll get an email for every message. Same with via text. Its 2026 people and you have daddy Zillow money.
Bughouse
For starters, trying to login on iPhone it won’t autofill credentials. This happens because ShowingTime does not support iCloud Keychain autofill properly. Typing them in is a problem because the field is blocked by the keyboard.

Can no longer access documents on listings. Agent has confirmed documents posted. This has occurred for multiple listings. Import of MLS data is failing

I like the map and calendar sync features. My only complaint that you can no longer make changes to multiple showings with a client at the same time, like you could with the showing carts. You have to go through and do them individually, now. That’s a downgrade.
Can not open the app! It became useless!
Showing Time App was a very convenient service to schedule showings and confirm requested showings of my listings . Now for the past a few months I am having constant issues , I can not confirm the requested showings from the App on my phone , I miss opportunities to bring potential buyers to my listings . App became useless !

Zillow punishing Anywhere and Compass agents?
The worst. Update circles and circles. You cant login on your phone reliably. Really impacts you when showing.
App malfunctions
For months, each time I select “Schedule a showing” from the menu, it brings me to my Notification Center. I have to click on Schedule a showing 8-10 times before it finally works. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app only to have it work properly for 3 days and revert back to the same glitches.

Bugs
Updating my review. This app is horrid and still is after a few years of consistent issues. Keeps showing notifications even when I don’t have any. I’ve removed and RE downloaded the app, restarted my phone, shut the app multiple times. Maddening! Also need to make rescheduling appointments more seamless process that doesn’t confuse owners.

Constantly Requires a Restart
If I have the app open and I try to go back to back to it, it just goes to the loading screen. It never loads. In order to make it work, I have to manually close the application and open it again. It’s tedious. I’ve tried re-installing and that didn’t fix the issue.
Issue with password reset
I can connect via the web page; but cannot Via the app.
I have reset the password a few times. Then it logs me in “ONLINE” - when I go back though the app again; it claims its the wrong app; yet I keep starting the reset through the app..
