Edit: when sharing content by email, glitch exists where keyboard will randomly begin disappearing and renders sharing content in the app useless.
I’ve had access for a few days now. I’ve used the search and it seems to work as my organization intends. This app simply makes it MUCH easier to be an account executive. Catching up on past product knowledge presentations, looking up info to share with clients, sample resources, price lists, product discontinuations - it’s all here. That particularly is what I like. As long as the company organization is working to upkeep the database, the aggregation of SO much information is a necessary assist.

Poor search/Poor user login mgmt
The search function on showpad (app and web) is terrible. Altavista in 1995 is better than this search is. It’s guaranteed to take at least 3-4 searches to find simple things one is trying to use. This app logs me out often, and it makes me change my password waaaaaay too often. Like once a month or more. That’s completely ridiculous. If user mgmt is that big of a concern, get with the 2010s and use Face ID or AD integration. Often when I get links sent to me, I have to click them twice to get them to load in the browser...why aren’t they opening in the app?! I shouldn’t spend more time trying to use the app than actually using it.

Airplay/cast support
Useful app for giving access to the showpad library via an app, however our organisation has various audio assets which I am unable to AirPlay or cast to my external speaker. Would be useful to have this capability. Then would be 5stars

Notifications don't update properly
Useful app with good integration across other ecosystems such as Microsoft and Salesforce. However it persisitantly tells me there are new notifications when there aren't any. Somewhat annoying.

Everything works great except I would love the notifications to go away once I have opened and reviewed.

Ok app, could be improved to be user friendly
What a timesaver
It takes a lot to stay current with all the docs our company produces, so I absolutely love this app and very thankful our company made the investment! I can see where it can be a bit frustrating, but the app on IOS is phenomenal, not so much on the Surface but everything on the surface takes some getting used to. I am up to now where I use it most every day, huge timesaver!

Not very intuitive. Takes a lot of hunting and digging to find and use features. My three versions, phone, iPad, and web, do not automatically sync my account, so I have to delete/modify things more than once sometimes. Only shows one page of our brochures at a time even when the two pages are continuous. That's really annoying.

Navigation or organization needs improved
Awesome tool for being in front of customers and easily pushing new files or presentations to large groups of technical sales reps and managers.
Using folders and the normal setup could be improved if multiple show pad files or Tiles could be opened at same time without having to leave on area to go to another. This could be a limitation of how my IT and marketing team set it up, but they don't seem to know how to change it.

Genius tool for sales reps
Being in sales is tough enough so having a tool like Showpad to track my prospects & proposals is a life saver! It's so easy to use & works offline too. The showcase insights has helped me figure out next steps with many of my customers. Highly recommend.
