1. The colors for the sleep settings are so similar that it’s hard to separate what is light, deep, or REM sleep.
2. Major flaw - if you do not wear the ring for a day or two during the week, it includes those days in the average reporting of the week. Average sleep is 8 hours, but if I don’t wear the ring for one night it seems to calculate the “0 hours” into the average.
3. The ring does not tell you your temperature. It only displays fluctuations in sleep temperature and does not monitor during the day.
4. The menstrual cycle feature is useless as it cannot be edited - it only shows predictions.
5. It often displays incorrect dates.
6. There are many grammatical errors in the pop up suggestions which is just bizarre and sloppy.
I’ve ended up using it mostly to spot check heart rate as that’s the only thing that functions properly.
