Your product does not connect via Bluetooth at all…ever. buyer Beware…..Do not purchase this product. It does not connect to Bluetooth and Shute has the worst support group ever. Total waste of money.

iPhone connects but PLAY does not - iOS 24.6.2
Love this app as UI for TW2 & 215 combo. Streamlined, practical, sound quality is good enough. Something broke when I updated iPhone to 24.6.2. Please fix, Shure!

Great app but PausePlus needs one fix
The TW2s are excellent, and I love the PausePlus concept - automatically enabling Environment Mode when you pause. However, it only works when pausing via the TW2 buttons, not from remote controls or in-app pause buttons.
This is a problem for me because I wear a helmet while riding my electric unicycle, making the TW2 buttons inaccessible. I have to use a wrist remote to pause, which means I can't use PausePlus at all. Having to manually toggle Environment Mode on my phone while riding creates a safety hazard.
Please make PausePlus respond to system-wide pause events, not just TW2 button presses. This should be possible with iOS's playback monitoring APIs. Would make this feature actually usable for helmet users and anyone else who can't easily reach the buttons.

Usability
Can’t import my Apple Music library. Seems like a completely separate app rather than integrated with the iPhone. Would love it to work somehow.
Misses the mark
Shure 50 headphones look good and sound ok. Bass is a bit thin. Other noise cancelling headphones in the same price range including the obvious AirPods Pro offer better noise suppression.

So many great features
This app allows you full control of your iem’s. There are so many sensible functions and it’s quite intuitive. I own the SE215 and SE535. What is really good is that the app knows which model I’m using when connected to my phone. I must disclose that I do have two Bluetooth v2 adapters so I don’t have to keep changing iem’s out and prevent wear and tear.
I find myself enjoying this setup more than the beats Powerbeats 2. The sound quality is better. Hope this review helps.
