Your product sucks
Your product does not connect via Bluetooth at all…ever. buyer Beware…..Do not purchase this product. It does not connect to Bluetooth and Shute has the worst support group ever. Total waste of money.

プレーヤーからノイズを一度再生すると、停止してデバイスに戻ってもその後ずっとプレーヤーのバーが下に常に表示され削除できません。これは仕様ですか？もし仕様ならプレーヤーをクリアする機能を追加してください。停止してる時はバーいらないです。この機能は使わない。少しでも画面を広く使いたい。

iPhone connects but PLAY does not - iOS 24.6.2
Love this app as UI for TW2 & 215 combo. Streamlined, practical, sound quality is good enough. Something broke when I updated iPhone to 24.6.2. Please fix, Shure!

App Store says 68mb, but there’s an extra 1.73gb of “documents and data”. Make sure you’ve got that much room before installing it.

Dreadful App
Does not do what it’s designed for. Goes into an endless loop when updating firmware
Sound quality is good when it works
My shure headphones cannot keep a consistent Bluetooth connection.
Reasonable
The app is ok. The actual charging of the earbuds is dire for such expensive items!
