Disappointed with updates
It used to pick up when I was asleep and awake correctly, but the last two updates have made the accuracy worse. It will say I fell asleep in 8 minutes when I actually have listened to the 22 minute meditation three times before finally sleeping. It no longer picks up my awakenings in the night either. I do, however, like the recordings of my snoring and talking and will continue to use.

Took my money
This was a one week trial and I kept it one day then canceled . It then pops up and ask if you’d like a family plan and because I already had did the one week trial I thought it was same pop up and it wasn’t it was a family plan and it took 98$ . That wasn’t in my account so it shut down my Venmo . I canceled this one day after the download . Still took money. It’s a scam

It’s very nice
It is very nice, but not for that much money, sorry. Also I compared with another similar app last night and they had vastly different results. I actually liked the results from this one better but I think it was not as accurate. I’ll be checking them both again for the next few days and maybe revise this, we’ll see. I do appreciate being able to try before buying! The one page of the ad was obviously not written by an English speaker — “Analysis your sleep.” I tried it anyway, but we’ll see how my comparison goes.

SCAM PRODUCT & TRIAL
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR TRIAL. I used it for 3 days, the app doesn’t work then they charged me $115.99 even though I had cancelled the trial well before the 7 days were up!

I actually used to love this app, this was the best sleep tracking app I ever had… until it just stopped working. It doesn’t even track in the middle of the night anymore, and there’s been so many updates, which seemed to fix nothing apparently??? yall gotta be doing this on purpose atp cuz this is ridiculous.

Not accurate
I'd rate the accuracy of this tool at about 60%, which isn't terrible but certainly isn't good. Given the privacy sacrifices one makes to use the app in the first place, it makes no sense to use it if it isn't very accurate. For example I wake up very frequently in the night and the app usually records that as light sleep. For the first few nights I used it, I turned it on when I got in bed and it said I fell asleep much faster than I actually did. When I waited until I was actually in the verge of sleep to turn it on, it said I fell asleep too soon and that was bad (why would that be bad? Just because it's outside the norm doesn't mean it's something to be concerned about). That plus the poor grammar throughout really made me lose trust in the app, and I'm not going to let you harvest my personal data - and I'm certainly not going to pay you - for a poor quality service.

One slight flaw
I have used this app from quite a while back and it has improved as it goes. But one beef I have is its classifying of sound.
What it considers to be my snore and also my cough is all really the rubbing of the air tube of my CPAP machine against a table.
I did not know how to contact the company until I realized I could do it this way.
In the opening moments of the new and improved version, I was asked a number of questions, including about the source of noise. It should have asked me a second time so that I could correct my answer.
Now it asks many questions at the beginning of a session about my physical state right before going to sleep. All that is OK, but I usually skip through it. Can there be an option to select for skipping all that?

Stopped Working after a couple months
I paid for the test long subscription and it hasn’t worked in months. When trying to report a problem, this option is not available. I tried to contact the website and report the issue, only to continue to receive errors.

Used to work just fine but recently it started to stop the tracker in the middle of the night . Since I also use it as an alarm, it’s a problem

Immediately after opening the app for the first time, users are prompted to pay for a premium. While many apps do this, users will be quick to find that the majority of the calming music/colored noise is locked behind a pay wall. Not only that, but the majority of the apps features are as well. It’s ridiculous in all honesty. (Also I’m still mad that Summer Rain was taken off)

Charges you before trial ends
Don’t do it. They collect your money before the trial ends and claim you didn’t cancel. They are a cheating company. Don’t sign up for the trial!
