Bad customer relations
I’m giving 2 stars because the company’s representatives make promises that were not honored. They signed me up for an annual subscription, and unfortunately I was involved in an accident and had to stop attending after about five months. At the time, the representative assured me that they understood my situation and that my subscription could be reactivated when I was ready to return. However, every time I reached out to resume, I was told that I would need to purchase a new subscription and for a higher price.
That said, if you’re able to attend regularly, the teachers are excellent. They provide personalized feedback and guidance, which is extremely helpful for improving your practice.
My low rating reflects my experience with the company’s customer service relation and subscription policies, not the quality of the instructors.

Very poor experience. The after sales service is an absolute disaster. Specially the nutrition piece of it. So if you want any nutrition guidance please don’t reach out to them. Also no one calls or reaches out back to you for a resolution or a refund. Keep going in circles. When asked about a refund they said that can’t be done and the amount will be adjusted. This is not how it works. Staff doesn’t know how to communicate with clients.

Not able to cancel
Ridiculous app, I see an option to cancel subscription but when I click on it , it only allows me to pause , not cancel. I don’t appreciate misleading info

Billing problems
I was pestered to join shvasa by their sales rep by calling me day and night. I don’t fare under pressure so I ended up joining for a month. After telling them countless times that I dont want to continue past one month window, I received a bill for next month. Their customer service and sales team is a joke.

Automatic substitution enabled without customers concern
I joined Shvasa on a 3 month subscription, the program was average since I did a group class. I have only agreed for a 3 month subscription and all of sudden around $200 were taken without my permission. Its been more than 5 months the refund was not processed. Totally disappointed with their service and response. Very unprofessional to do an automatic renewal without taking customers consent. Beware when you enrol.
