Shyft has changed my life! I travel frequently and using it has made my life SO MUCH easier when I need funds abroad 😅 I have never run into an app error, never had to wait on someone on the backend to update / approve something - I am able to FULLY buy foreign currencies, move funds, create virtual cards for spending and it’s all SEAMLESS! I can even move funds into vault to earn interest! Could the charges be lower? Sure! But any banking institution is like this. I can’t WAIT until they come out with a $ savings account to earn interest! GO TEAM SHYFT! You guys have changed my life! Thank you!

Terrible Support and No Accountability
The service from Shyft has been extremely frustrating. My international payment was delayed for days, and when I asked for help, all I got were the same copy-and-paste “awaiting feedback” messages. It didn’t feel like an actual human was assisting me.
I was travelling and could have easily been stranded because of this delay, yet there was zero urgency or accountability from support. No clear updates, no explanation, nothing. The communication is terrible and the customer service is honestly disappointing.
Shyft needs to fix their support and actually help people when things go wrong.

Downgrade
Why have you dropped the total percentage portfolio growth which one use to see over time from the share portfolio screen? This looks like a downgrade. I would like the previous portfolio view back

1. I have done a transfer from dollars to rands but it doesn’t appear in my Standard Bank account.

Shyft keyboard
You app would be a lot more user friendly it it automatically defaulted to a keyboard which shows all keys used to enter email addresses and passwords. Many apps have this default and I would value it if you upgraded to that option
Dividents
Why do a person not get notified when a divident is paid and from which company it was paid. Also can not find out how long after the published payment date it will be available in your account.

Stuck on “Logging in” screen
9 times out of 10 I can’t get further than the “Logging in” screen. It just gets stuck. I really wish the app was more reliable
Unable to withdraw
Wow , ridiculous app, couldn’t withdraw cash balance to my bank account , support couldn’t help , they even suggested withdrawing entire amount at ATM !? Error had no back button so have to restart app each time . still not resolved. Embarrassing for standard bank

I love the changes made to the App. It makes for an easier and seamless experience.
Transacting
I must say with the earlier, simple version of Shyft -it was almost a “no-brainer” logic methodology of going about sending rands buying foreign currency - I find this new format difficult to understand, it takes me longer to simply top up my Euros from my rand wallet. Crazy???
Great app, a big tricky to navigate
Great app as it runs smoothly and efficiently. However, a bit tricky to navigate in terms of where to do what and often takes a few minutes to figure out how to action certain intentions.
Awesome App
This App is simply awesome. Buying foreign currency is a breeze. I buy items online from all over the world and the virtual cards assist me big time. The physical card is a must have when traveling abroad. And to top it all off, the ZAR physical card works wonders - I’ve given it to my school going daughter and top it up as needed.

Fabulous app but…
Trying to get money from your wallet to your card is a nightmare. Not very user friendly at all.
