The walk-through part of the move went very smoothly. The agent I had was very kind and understanding very patient and she explained the process to me so now I’m just waiting on the list and then they’re going to work on the quote so far everything is great.
Pleasant Virtual Estimate Video with John
I just did the virtual furniture estimate with John. John was pleasant and was not in a hurry. He was professional and non-pressuring. His care came across which was a welcome gesture especially when you’re packing, stressed, sweating and everything that comes with moving. This is step number one we still have to see the estime and have them move the furniture to have a full picture of a review. If we choose to go with AB movers, I’ll be back for another survey/review.
