The walk-through part of the move went very smoothly. The agent I had was very kind and understanding very patient and she explained the process to me so now I’m just waiting on the list and then they’re going to work on the quote so far everything is great.
Pleasant Virtual Estimate Video with John
I just did the virtual furniture estimate with John. John was pleasant and was not in a hurry. He was professional and non-pressuring. His care came across which was a welcome gesture especially when you’re packing, stressed, sweating and everything that comes with moving. This is step number one we still have to see the estime and have them move the furniture to have a full picture of a review. If we choose to go with AB movers, I’ll be back for another survey/review. Worked way better than expected
I’ve had to move before, but this was the first time using an app to remotely perform a review of the moving items. But I will say I’m impressed how fast and efficient the process was this way.

Virtual Moves Survey
This is the first time that we have moved (we’ve moved a lot) where the walk through was done virtually. I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The walk through agent was very attentive, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I also assume that this method is more efficient and allows moving companies to service customers safely and expeditiously. I’m a fan!
