It is connected!!! Quit looking for Bluetooth connection!!! So aggravating! You have made my printer nothing more than a doorstop now. Thanks bunches.
Freezes too much!
I’m on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Downloaded the app and the app glitches and freezes. It’s telling me to restart or shut down, but I can’t tell the status bc the app freezes.
Terrible
Used it once, worked amazing. Tried using again a few months later.. photo got stuck, wouldn’t push out on its own.. had no choice to pull it out and now it’s completely broken
i’m crashing out
there’s some kind of annoying little update that is useless and infuriating. i can’t even connect my phone to the printer and it was just fine 3 weeks ago without the update. fix this now.

I can’t use the words I’d like to use to describe this. A few years ago this product worked okay. Now that they changed the app it prints awfully with wierd black lines and a repeat of the bottom of the image at the top. The ink looks bad too. And not to mention the bad bluetooth connection. I ripped this thing apart after my troubles.
