No longer works for me
It is connected!!! Quit looking for Bluetooth connection!!! So aggravating! You have made my printer nothing more than a doorstop now. Thanks bunches.
Freezes too much!
I’m on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Downloaded the app and the app glitches and freezes. It’s telling me to restart or shut down, but I can’t tell the status bc the app freezes.
Terrible
Used it once, worked amazing. Tried using again a few months later.. photo got stuck, wouldn’t push out on its own.. had no choice to pull it out and now it’s completely broken
i’m crashing out
there’s some kind of annoying little update that is useless and infuriating. i can’t even connect my phone to the printer and it was just fine 3 weeks ago without the update. fix this now.

I can’t use the words I’d like to use to describe this. A few years ago this product worked okay. Now that they changed the app it prints awfully with wierd black lines and a repeat of the bottom of the image at the top. The ink looks bad too. And not to mention the bad bluetooth connection. I ripped this thing apart after my troubles.

Doesn’t Work; Have to Trash the Photo Printer
Do NOT waste your money. No customer service, no go.
Waste of money
The first photo I printed? Worked amazing! No issues at all. Now I am trying to print something? Horrible. The device only stays powered on for about 10 seconds (while plugged in) and I will finally get it connected to bluetooth and it’ll shut off. I cannot go fast enough to print anything without it shutting off. The last time I tried to use it, it quit working halfway through and left the paper hanging out, but stuck inside the printer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!

Doesn’t work
I’m confused. My mom bought this for me and from day 1 it didn’t work. It should be illegal to sell people stuff that doesn’t work!!! I’ll try to contact customer support but based on the other reviews it seems this product just doesn’t work.

Printer cannot be found… it’s powered on and connected to Bluetooth. This printer is going in the trash. So disappointing.
This is so hard to use.
It is not intuitive at all and there I can’t find instructional videos to help. I only find marketing videos. I am sorry I bought it.
A waste of money and time
From the very first attempt to print, need to restart printer 1-3 times to print each photo.
Colors are out of alignment by 3-5 pixels in horizontal and 1-2 verticals. Going to throw this printer away.

App keeps crashing
It will open certain pictures, but for the most part, it crashes when I attempt to choose a picture to print.

Oh, so when I press the phone case thing, it did not show an iPhone 13 mini for some reason or an iPhone 14 I just don’t know if they updated their app yet by adding those. If you have a iPhone 13 show me look for the phone case don’t do it.

It’s fine. Mediocre prints
The pic colors are OK. Fine and fun to have for friends visiting, parties and instant gratification, but not if you’re looking for high quality prints.

I thought because the reviews were bad it was going to horrible, but the quality was really good. It looked like it had just printed out of a big $450 printer but the first time I tried it it did not connect then the second time I tried it it worked I like this item

Garbage- Do not buy. Do not use.
My sister bought this for my mom for Christmas last year, shipping date 12/21/2021. It was too advanced for my mom so she never even opened it until I helped her try it for the first time in November 2022. It broke after printing a handful of pictures. I reached out to Sharper Image customer service on 11/22/2022 with the order number, ship date, item info, etc. and they replied with a lie saying it was out of warranty. The website states it’s a one year warranty. Do not buy. Do not use. Absolute garbage.

It works
It does exactly what it is supposed to do and was easy to set up. Prints are acceptable, slightly better than I was expecting from a tiny portable wireless printer.
Can’t find printer
This app will not find my apple phone. Very disappointed. My wife has android, no problem.

Pretty much a completely useless product tried to use it for a test on Christmas and instantly broke. replace the cartridge.
