Not a app

More like someone’s excel spreadsheet. No features just a colorful list. Not worth $5 I paid.

Doesn’t have common foods

It is user-friendly, but doesn’t list common foods like mushrooms or flaxseeds. Goodbye $5, I will miss you.

Limited

The color coding is easy to understand; however I found that some very none-FODMAP friendly foods are listed in green. Just make sure to do your research before relying only on this app. Also their is no feature to mark allergies; so if your looking for more than just a list, I wouldn’t commit to this app.

Not as promised

Color coding is great! But the feature list says you can flag certain foods as illegal. Customizing the list to my specific results was what sold me on it and it doesn't even do that. Of course you don't find these things out until after you pay. ☹️

don’t waste your money

just a list combining dr siebecker w/ fodmap, seriously not worth the money! no other feature and no mention whatsoever lf certain foodgroups, i.e. grains.
