The app sucks.
I've tried multiple times to log in from different accounts and it says that the max amount of users on the Device has tried to log in and it never works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, can't even sign up for a new account.

Migration didn’t work
The app won’t let me login or migrate. Keeps on giving me the error that I’ve used my number.
Can’t log in
Got a new phone, can’t log in. It recognizes my number but doesn’t let me log in. Horrible UX
Warning- app will steal your money
The app recently changed my delivery address. While the address is correct in the app and on the receipt, the Uber Eats delivery was sent to the wrong location.
When I called the store, I was told to “fix it” on my end. I provided screenshots showing that they had set up the delivery to an address different from what is in my profile and on the receipt, but I was met with “not our problem. Call corporate or something.”
I also tried to message Sidecar about the app, but the page was not found. There’s no way to escalate this issue.
Despite all this, they kept the $100 nonetheless.
I believe the app should be removed from the App Store until these issues are resolved.

Can sign up (doesn’t allow me to hit submit after filling our information). So essentially a useless app for me anyways.
Horrible app
It tells me my login is correct and I already have an account. Then it asks me for a phone number and it says it’s already in use… DUH!! And it will not allow me to access my account even tho it logs me out itself. Then rating is solely for the app not thr donuts! The donuts are the reason why I live happy.

Migration issues
New app is worthless. I’m unable to login as it says my email is already being used. When I enter a different email, it says my account can not be shared. So what is one to do? I can still login thru the website; however, rewards are not accessible (for whatever reason) thru their desktop platform. So much for progress.

Can not get it to work. No help option on app.
Transfer Issue
They changed to a new system recently, and it says you can transfer your loyalty points. But every time I enter the info, it says the email and phone number are taken. Which of course it is, I’m trying to reclaim my old account. Very disappointing
Fails to scan credit cards, won’t accept cards entered manually
