The app’s unlock button takes sometimes 45 seconds to unlock the lock
App is terrible
The lock itself is great! Lots of options to unlock the door. The app is terrible. I have it set to get notifications when the door is unlocked and I was getting them in the beginning and then they just stopped. The unlock log is behind and is never up today today is November 21 and it is only showing the log for up to November 1. Those were two of the features I liked most about the app. Everything was working fine in the beginning maybe it was the latest update created these bugs I’m not sure if it started around the same time but it’s really annoying.

Its good but
Great device but i wish they can implement a widget or add it to apple home or the apple watch would make this app 100x better hope this can be a future update
Fingerprint Reader faulty
Fingerprint sensor will not hold fingerprint reading for more than 6 hours. Once entered the lock will work great as advertised. But 6 hours later the sensor fails to read the print and becomes useless. I got the lock on sale - maybe thats why it was so cheap.

App uninstalls
App is good over all but Un installs on its own and you have to download App and login again. It’s happened a few times with multiple people who have our login for this lock. Please look into that
Apple wallet needed
Wish they would a home key for apple wallet.. but over all it an ok lock..

Dear Developer, this is a great product, but would be much more useful with a teeny bit more functionality.
Key Cards can only be timed for once a day. If possible could you add the function to allow multiple times a day access. Ie: 10am - 12pm AND 2pm - 4pm. As of now, you can only do once per day. That is creating a huge struggle.
The same for passage mode, it’s vital that we have multiple times a day for access, until this is fixed, it has rendered our 6 door locks as completely useless. It’s been an investment for us that will ultimately go to waste without these updates.

Registering app fails
Lock installed and function test complete. I downloaded the app register, get code. But the register link is shaded out and cannot link to register app. replied to code email with help. no reply. there is no customer service assistance anywhere.

Love the app, but wish I could access it from my Apple Watch. I always have that on me. Thank you

Unusable
Not even functional. Has rendered my door lock completely unusable.

Wasted and unsafe
This lock is the worst lock in the industry. The app doesn’t even notify or log if someone unlocks your door with the physical key or manually. Never again!
Easy install
So easy to install and works great but I really wish the app would show if the door is currently locked or unlocked.

I wish it has an option for facial recognition instead of logging in every time.
Sifely app
I just installed the lock and also the app for my iPhone I’m not happy with the app just one part of it I love in Costa Rica and family lives in the United States to make a call from Costa Rica To the United States I have to dial 00 01 (area code ) and number ###~#### how it is now I can’t send them an ekey with the app. Hope Sifely fixes this problem

One time passcodes
One time passcodes can only be used within 6 hours of creation and doesn’t provide the ability to override that setup to allow for no expiration of the one time passcodes. I’d rate it higher if that was available as it renders one time passcodes useless
Registration
Despite being on Wi-Fi, app repeatedly failed to let me register and said I had no network connection. Very frustrating.
Terrible
I have not been able to register. Tried using phone number and after entering the code, it says I am entering invalid codes. Same when tried the email. Please advise how to register
