Very confusing and not helpful
Dear Sightseeing pass it would be very helpful if you actually respond to messages that has been sent multiple times.
I have bought this pass as part of my upcoming trip however in the app or website it says that I don’t have any passes and I am not able to book any of the attractions that requires bookings in advance. I have contacted you few times and I have not heard back. Also I have paid extra for cancelation and I can not do that either as it says I have to contact customer services but you never respond! This is very ridiculous and just a waste of my time and unnecessary stress I don’t need.

Ok but other passes seemed less difficulty prone. Read the fine print on what is included.

Read the print carefully. It doesn’t cover the ferry that actually stops on the island. It doesn’t cover the 9/11 main museum.

Terrible, stay away! Bought a 2 day New York pass and couldn’t use if for half the things stated! Went to the offices to try and resolve any issues we were having and the offices have been shut down! Tried calling when over there but kept getting cut off. Came home and emailed the company various times but still haven’t had a response!!

Sightseeing Pass is the Best!
We visited New York in Dec 22/Jan 23 and found the Sightseeing Pass very easy to use. Great value in our opinion and we had no issue getting into attractions. We made 9/10 sights and felt that we achieved our goals! Thank you very much!!

Not worth the time and hassle to use. Making reservations with this was a pain for us and employees of the attractions we visited. Will not use again.
Expired Pass
We purchased two passes to use for three days in New York. We arrived on Tuesday and decided to use the pass on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that we could plan our sightseeing and also make some reservations so that we did not miss out on any attractions we wanted to see. On Wednesday we visited the Rockerfeller Centre to book in for the Friday morning and little did we know that by making a simple reservation as per the instructions and recommendations on the pass information it then activated the card without our knowledge and when we went to use the card on Sunday it had expired so we actually lost a day without our knowledge. We had to pay extra to see attractions that should have been covered in the pass. I would definitely not recommend this pass to anyone and there should be a way to make reservations to avoid line ups and missing out without the card being activated prior to wanting to use it. Very disappointed and will be putting my review on all sites for people to see

False advertisement, horrible customer service
This app glitches. This company has horrible customer service and false advertisement for so many of their attractions. Check out the reviews on Trust Pilot and better business buero, so many other experienced the same. I’d suggest purchasing the insurance if you do buy the passes because getting a refund has been near impossible. Just a heads up.

They are falsely advertising. Not doing research on the activities listed. I was unable to do (8) different activities listed. I’m loosing money rather than saving. And they refused a refund.

Botched Customer Service
I called to cancel one of the four passes I had due to family illness and the company cancelled all four passes. Rep I talked to was very specific about which pass she cancelled for us even giving me the specific pass she cancelled.
I didn’t know that all 4 were cancelled until we were in NYC in line at the Empire State Building.
Very disappointed in this error.

Questionable value
Before you buy read the small print. On paper sounds like an awesome deal however things to consider
1. Factor in the time for queueing for actual tickets as you still have to queue for the tickets for any event / place you need to visit so for example in New York for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island factor in at least half a day
Also in a small print (as we found it) you can only use it against one attraction one time only - so you cannot use it for The edge for both in the day and at night you can’t do that. Also tickets are subject to availability so having this pass does not mean you’ll get into a place. As we also found out. We managed to use the pass so we broke even however be aware… for popular places like New York… it’s not as “wow” as you might think.
