Hello TopSpin64, thank you for your feedback. You can request unsynchronized activities to synchronize again ,with the RIDE APP via the mass storage function of the ROX . To do this, please proceed as follows: Please connect your ROX to your computer via USB-C cable. Open your ROX via the USB mass storage (Windows Explorer, Apple Finder). There you will find several folders. Please open the folder "Activities" now you will see a folder "Activities_synced" there is probably the activity which you could not synchronize. Please copy it back to the "Activities" folder. Please eject the USB mass storage device again. Reconnect your ROX with the RIDE APP now the resynchronization of this activity to the RIDE APP should take place. . Your SIGMA SPORT TEAM

Sigma Rox 11.1
Ich würde den SIGMA ROX 11.1 als ein sehr gelungenes Fahrrad-Navigations- und Trainingsgerät einstufen. Im Vergleich zu meinem bisherigen SIGMA ROX 2.0 liegen aus meiner Sicht tatsächlich Welten dazwischen.
Besonders positiv finde ich, dass sowohl der ROX 11.1 als auch der ROX 2.0 mit vielen Fahrrädern kompatibel sind. Bei meinem aktuellen Fahrrad kann der ROX 11.1 zahlreiche Daten direkt auslesen und anzeigen, darunter die Fahrstufe der Unterstützung, den Akkuzustand, die Gesamtlaufleistung des Fahrrads, die aktuelle Leistung in Watt sowie die Trittfrequenz. Zusätzlich werden Wetterdaten angezeigt, was den Funktionsumfang weiter aufwertet.
Sehr gelungen ist bei beiden Modellen auch die Navigationsfunktion. Zwar werden dafür ein Smartphone und eine Internetverbindung benötigt, die Umsetzung funktioniert jedoch zuverlässig. Beim ROX 11.1 ist die Navigation grafisch deutlich ansprechender dargestellt. Während der ROX 2.0 die Strecke eher schlicht über Pfeile und Entfernungsangaben anzeigt, bietet der ROX 11.1 eine wesentlich modernere und übersichtlichere Darstellung der Route.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des ROX 11.1 ist der größere Speicher, der insbesondere bei längeren Touren und umfangreicheren Trainingsdaten einen echten Mehrwert bietet. Insgesamt stellt der ROX 11.1 für mich eine deutliche Weiterentwicklung gegenüber dem ROX 2.0 dar und überzeugt durch seinen erweiterten Funktionsumfang sowie die bessere Darstellung und Bedienung.

You can still download your strava segments and upload to your ROX12.1. Navigate to the Home Screen and click on the connected device image. There you will find "Strava segments". If the problems persist on your end, please contact us via email at kundenservice@sigma.bike with a detailed description, screenshots, or videos of the error you encountered.
