Great System
SignIn App has genuinely made our reception feel like it’s running itself (in a good way, not a Skynet way). The system works brilliantly, and the companion app is a great addition too, it’s the cherry on top of an already solid setup. Very happy with the whole thing
Great App… but one improvement…
This a great app for signing in and out - but I would be good to be able to use biometrics (ie TouchID or FaceID) when an organisation requires a pin - but overall great app 😊
Only works sometimes
I use this for work and half the time it will sign me in but does not sign me out. I have the app set to wide open. Full location services. Always on and full notifications. Not sure what else to do to make the dang thing work

It doesn’t work. And this is supposed to be a safety app? What a joke
Contact less sign in
Like the idea I can walk into work without having to wait to sign in. This is only effective if the app picks up i’m at work. I go all day not realising the app has not signed me in.

Useless app
Waste of time this app nothing works . Auto sign in and out doesn’t work the calendar doesn’t record your sign in and out times . To be honest this app is so pointless
Requires improvement
App works. Location based features (auto signing) is poor and rarely works. Widget/shortcut functionality would also be extremely useful to sign in/out from the home screen.
Could be great…. but
If they simply got the app to work with the geofencing they have, it would be amazing. But the amount of times where it shows i’m within my workplaces geofence and still DOESNT sign me in is infuriating. At the moment it’s just another thing I have to fix/ do manually.

Would be good if you were able to sign out from the app… for those of us who forget when in the office! Lol
Auto sign in and out doesn’t work
The app itself is ok however the auto sign in and out function does not work properly and is unreliable at best. I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Unreliable
Over the past 12 months we’ve found the records to be unreliable, with people missing after logging in and others appearing when simply travelling past on adjacent road. The unreliability makes it useless for fire safety and reporting on attendance.
Good app but could you please…..
We use the app to book our hot desks which quickly get booked up. Could you please enhance the app to notify us when desks become free please ie when a desk booking is cancelled it sends a message there is one desk available on the date you wanted. Better still if it also held a waiting list to notify people in of waiting - thanks

Not working
Since updating app don’t seem to work as no location found even though on site
Poor
Less than 8 hours after installation the app has failed. It says it needs to be restarted after experiencing an unexpected error, but it fails to tell you how to restart it. Not a great first impression.
Great app with potential
This is a great app for signing in & out of places conveniently and contact free. But I wonder, do you have any plans of bringing this app to Apple Watch? I feel like it would make it even more convenient to easily sign in & out of a place at the tap of a button on your wrist. Hope this suggestion comes to fruition😁😁

Rubbish
Every morning I have to sign in for work and every morning I have to open and close this app several times before the sign up button appears.
The automatic sign in doesn’t work either.

HAS POTENTIAL…
Could be a good app, but the version I have, while having a reminder service, only seems to allow silent notifications, which results in me mostly missing to log out. An audible notification would be really useful given I’m not one of those people constantly glued to their phones.
