Works perfect for me
I’ve been with Signature Closers for 5 years now. Love the app..very simple to use and it makes things very quick to close out. Keep up the great work!
Notifications need improvement.
Sounds are not used in the app, so, although notifications may be enabled, no alerts sound off, making them more likely to be missed.
Broken features
Push notifications are broken. And calendar access isn't working. I'm missing opportunities to work for you. And I can't easily load your assignments into my calendar.
Agree the app needs work
The test notifications used to have sound, now they don’t on iPhone 15. I’ve checked my sound haptics and notification settings and everything is on. Also sometimes the actual notifications don’t have sound for some reason. It would be nice if there was an option to add the appointment to your calendar from within the app, directions or an option to open in other apps like map or Waze for the directions (I prefer Waze because you can save and schedule the drive for later.) this app does the bare minimum.

Not receiving notifications
I have had several notifications go to my email but they never come through the app. My screen is blue with just the calendar showing.
Needs some improvement
The “Directions” drop down for a signing is cutoff. I don’t see all of the necessary details. I could look in my email, but what is the point of having the “Directions” in the app if you can’t fully see them?

Doesn’t work for me 😩
Have not gotten any notification, therefore have not been able to get assignments. Other people I know are always getting notifications. Compliance gave some lame reasons why I am not getting notifications 🤷🏽♂️🤦🏼♂️.

I've been with this app for awhile. I used to get certain notifications and now I don't even see those notifications. I called their customer service and they said that I should be receiving those notifications but, I don't. So, take it for what it's worth.
Can’t sign up
Tried to sign up for the app you can’t even do that. So I have no idea of what this app was or supposed to do. Please fix this.
Won’t add to my calendar
I tried to add the event to my calendar but it says my calendar is read only! Trying to figure out how it can interface and automatically put the event in my calendar!
