It’s always issues and cancellations its bad and no costumer service if you call no body answer if you send them message the use WhatsApp for costumers it not a company

This app is so bad , I send some money but it doesn’t arrive , I called support but they didn’t resolve my issue

هذا التطبيق جيد يحتاج فقط إلى جعل عملية التبادل أسرع لأن بعض الأحيان تكن بحاجة للتحويل بعض المال في أسرع وقت وحين تأتي إلى التطبيق يجعلك تنتظر الكثير من الوقت حتى تتمكن من الحصول على المال أرجوا أن يتغلبو على تلك المشكلة
Problème
I sent some money to Mauritania. But it didn't arrive for three days. I call them and they don't respond. I sent them a message via WhatsApp and they don't respond either. Very bad application.
