This app have a map very nice and simple to look vehicles
App is terrible
I’ve been using this app for 5+ years and the past year it has been horrible. The map never loads. It takes forever for anyone with customer service to get back to you. I can still see my assets but the map would help
What happened to the Map!!!
Very glitchy app. Recently, the map stopped loading so all I can see are the assets. Useless now. Can we get this fixed?

Why is this app continuously crashing? For weeks now
Generally unreliable
This app goes down or fails once a week or so. The real time tracking isn’t really “real-time”—a bus can appear to be at Point A and then it will refresh the position as Point D a moment later.
Over the 2+ years of our experience, we have learned not to count on the app and operate an informal SMS network of parents among the bus route instead.
Look at the last review and you’ll see that it’s 3 years old and the developers never bothered to write back. I think this tells you most of what you need to know about the service and company running it.
This won’t work for the morning pick up, but, if your kid has a wireless device with GPS tracking enabled, you could do better to track her phone on the way home.
