It captures system and microphone audio directly from your Mac (no bot joins the call), records in the room on iPhone, transcribes with on-device Apple Speech, and generates structured summaries, decisions, and action items through Apple Foundation Models — with an always-available deterministic fallback. Every action item cites the transcript line it came from, so you can check the work instead of trusting a black box. Search across all your meetings and chat across past sessions, all locally. REPEATABLE MEETING RECIPES * Build a reusable local recipe from ordered fields for status, decisions, risks, actions, commitments, deadlines, open questions, and more. * Preview an unsaved recipe against an existing transcript before you save it. Saving an edit creates a new revision, while prior meetings keep the exact recipe version they used. * Generated values stay tied to transcript evidence. A commitment or deadline you add yourself is visibly marked as added by you and not stated in the transcript. MARK THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER * Press Command-B while recording to add a live bookmark. Add an optional label or keep moving without interrupting the conversation. * After transcription, each bookmark links to the exact or nearest transcript line so you can verify the moment in context.
