Silo Read remembers the listening spot across launches, offers bundled Kokoro or Apple voices for text, organizes and annotates your library, creates editable audiobook projects, and exports chaptered M4B files through Files.
Reading, OCR, search, narration, transforms, and cited answers run locally. Apple Foundation Models are used only when available; otherwise cited answers stay evidence-only and unsupported transforms say they are unavailable. There is no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, document upload, or cloud AI.

You can now also export stored chapter recaps and imported document text as Markdown or plain text through Files, with chapter headings preserved.
