Not functional when I need it
This app is great when it works but I haven’t got it to work for more than a week. I deleted and reinstalled and all my information is gone even though it’s linked to my account……silver star fix this!!
Frustrating
The functionality of this app is a great idea and I love being able to control what device devices are connected… But most of the time it says “unable to connect” and the app doesn’t even work. So frustrating!

Error after Error
New user as this company just purchased our ISP locally. App won’t even allow me to register…only get an “oops sorry” message. The mobile app and desktop clearly don’t have good API’s. Horrible firsts experience. If this is any indication of service quality, might be switching to Century Link.
Site Crashes every single day.
Very frustrating, when you can’t even turn back on a connection, because the site is down.
Worthless
Crashes all the time. Time controls don’t work, devices aren’t able to come back online when the time limit is over because the app still thinks the limit is on. Totally worthless. Using iPhone 11.
