Worked for 2 weeks but won’t refresh anymore. In okc , good signal , just won’t refresh.
Complaint
Every day you send me a request to give a rating. I’ve given you 5 star ratings on more than one occasion. The last couple of times I’ve given you 1 star ratings bc I’m tired of seeing that pop up daily.
Not updating
System just seems to update whenever it wants to having a lot of issues with this. I pay for a service. I’m not receiving not happy.
Not reliable
I got this to track at work vehicle and pay $24 a month to have one minute updates. The GPS only registers 3/4 the time and more than half the time doesn’t update every minute the GPS is located on top of the vehicle for best performance and but still has problems even in open areas that aren’t dense with city buildings or mountains. Customer service isn’t really responsive. I’ve called twice waiting an hour plus to try to talk to somebody and no one answered when I sent emails. I get responses a week later.

It does not update location accurately
Unfortunately it does not update its location accurately or soon enough. I don’t like that there’s no refresh option for it to update the location.

Sometimes it works really well and other times it’ll be stuck on one location for a full day. Like showing that it’s stuck in one spot on a highway at 66 mph but the vehicle is really at home.

My experience
This product is ok, but not as good as it could be. During the first few weeks or months of using it had frequent amounts of delayed information concerning the whereabouts of my vehicle. The timing and current information was misleading. Despit the issues that are mentioned the device works. One reason I gave it a three star.

It is very rare that this has been accurate, first few months were fine but now a lot of the time it updates hours later instead of the 3 min intervals that I’m paying for
Don’t waste your time
Paid $20 for the tracker and $35 monthly fee for it to work for less than 24hrs
Poor quality
The battiers dies fast then freezes alot and starts miles later on location.
Works great, when it wants to work
I’ve used mine for over 6 months and have noticed that my device will take unusually long to wake up, and show the device in motion. I have it set up to update every 3 minutes, but the wake up time for it to start showing movement can take anywhere between 2 minutes and 10+ minutes. Also, when the device stops at a location for 5 or so minutes, I guess it goes back into sleep mode, so I will then have to wait another up to 10 minutes to be notified that it has moved or moving. I need my device to be more accurate and more responsive than what I have seen mine do. But it is a pretty decent unit.

Does not work
Bought a GPS on Amazon to check a company vehicle. Worked for three days and for some reason, it stopped and has not worked since.

Those not work properly won’t give you any updates takes longer then 3 mins to update or it won’t even update.
Great overall value
I’ve had it for a little over 2 months for my motorcycle , and I’ve gained some trust/confidence in this over that time. You are able to set a boundary that triggers a notification if it goes outside. And anytime I’ve ever taken it out it has signaled 100% of the time. The real time tracking works quite well, I haven’t had any bugged out tracking locations or anything. Overall I’m happy.

not worth it
great when it has battery! unfortunately as soon as it dies you have to reset it at least a million times before it updates the battery life and location. really annoying
