The time and travel is delayed I payed for the 3 seconds it usually takes 3-4 minutes sometimes 8 minutes to catch up to the car my 3 rd time doing this I call the company they tried to fix it but it keeps doing the same thing

Every day you send me a request to give a rating. I’ve given you 5 star ratings on more than one occasion. The last couple of times I’ve given you 1 star ratings bc I’m tired of seeing that pop up daily.

This is by far the worst tracker I have ever purchased. It will place the location miles away when it’s standing still. And won’t update for a long while. Mine went from 50% battery life to 0 within an hour. I wouldn’t recommend using if it was Actually for emergencies.

It's OK
I have been using the GPS tracker for my car for the past one year, and so far it has been an OK experience overall. The tracking location update is satisfactory overall, but the charging status of the GPS tracker sometimes confuse me. If it's showing 30% in the afternoon, it has shown 50% the next morning without it being charged. I don't know the reason for this, but the LAS systems should look into this.

I paid for 3 minute update but it’s not updating every 3 minutes or even close to 3 minutes. It’s more like hours.

Very poor GPS service. The system often does not show the correct location of my vehicles, which defeats the whole purpose of having GPS tracking.
Most of the time, the location does not update quickly, even though I am paying for a plan that is supposed to update at least every minute. Sometimes my vehicles have already left the shop, but the GPS continues showing them at the shop for hours.
This service has been unreliable and very frustrating. As soon as I can, I will be canceling the service and looking for a more reliable GPS tracking company.
