It will get stuck at one location for hours until it’s moved again. Instead of updating on its own like it’s supposed to.

Poor notifications
It tracks well, however I am not getting notifications when I leave the fenced area. I would like to be able to set my own notification alerts and sounds unique for this specific app. If someone actually stole my trailer, I would not know until much later, giving them time to break in and ditch the tracker. I want consistent notifications with sound that will wake the dead.

Worked for 2 weeks but won’t refresh anymore. In okc , good signal , just won’t refresh.
Complaint
Every day you send me a request to give a rating. I’ve given you 5 star ratings on more than one occasion. The last couple of times I’ve given you 1 star ratings bc I’m tired of seeing that pop up daily.
Not updating
System just seems to update whenever it wants to having a lot of issues with this. I pay for a service. I’m not receiving not happy.
Not reliable
I got this to track at work vehicle and pay $24 a month to have one minute updates. The GPS only registers 3/4 the time and more than half the time doesn’t update every minute the GPS is located on top of the vehicle for best performance and but still has problems even in open areas that aren’t dense with city buildings or mountains. Customer service isn’t really responsive. I’ve called twice waiting an hour plus to try to talk to somebody and no one answered when I sent emails. I get responses a week later.

It does not update location accurately
Unfortunately it does not update its location accurately or soon enough. I don’t like that there’s no refresh option for it to update the location.

Sometimes it works really well and other times it’ll be stuck on one location for a full day. Like showing that it’s stuck in one spot on a highway at 66 mph but the vehicle is really at home.
