Setup confusing.
I like the idea of the device for my mother, but the setup of this is clunky & confusing.
My mother set me up as a Care Team member, but as I downloaded the app to setup my access as a Care Team member, SilverTree is having me set myself up a wearer of the device.
There needs to be two clear, distinct Roles in the setup process.
1. The User or Wearer
2. The Care Team Member
An example:
In my setup.. Its asking me to allow the device to connect to my Bluetooth.
Im not wearing the device, my mother is.
Why would I allow it to connect to my Bluetooth.
Fall Detection.
This is a Function the User or wearer should be able to toggle on or off.
My cousin, sister, aunt, & I all have the ability to turn this feature on or off. Why would we all be able to control this feature?
Again… As a Care Team Member, the setting in my end of the setup, it reads if Im the Wearer.
Love the idea of the device, but its clunky.
Silver tree may need to do some software updates to make more user friendly.

Great product!
I bought this for my mother who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. She has been wearing her Silvertree device daily for a 2 months. I helped her set it up and she is very comfortable with it. She refused to wear Apple watch or any other medical device, but she likes this one for how simple and elegant it is. Setup was easy and battery life is a huge plus - about 7 days between charges. We can see her activity on any given day and are the first ones notified if there is an emergency, before 911 gets called. We all feel better knowing Mom is safe.

Love this company!
I bought this for my dad who has been diagnosed with early onset dementia. He has been wearing his Silvertree device daily for a little over 1 month. Love the peace of mind of having my parents wearing this. The hug feature is really sweet too.

So far so good! So delighted to be able to join my dearest neighbor’s care team! The sign in was easy to use once we figured out the invitation process!!

I have been wearing my Silvertree for a two months and i am very happy with it. Very lightweight, it looks great, and it gives my kids peace of mind that I can call for help if I need it. Would highly recommend this product and service - it is very affordable.

Peace of mind
This is such a necessary product! My family uses our Silvertree to make sure our grandma who lives alone is always safe and connected to us in case she needs help. The fall detection feature and the emergency call center give us peace of mind that she can live her life and we can live ours. Customer service is great too! Super responsive to questions and proactive with emails.

My Reach♥️♥️ and this App♥️
My Reach gives me the security to venture out and about and also in shower. My balance is poor and falls are likely. I check this app frequently during the day as it shows me the remaining power my Reach has. It lets me send hugs to my entire Care Team too. I highly recommend the Reach and thus App.
