Do not use. It doesn’t work. I purchase 5 days unlimited data, half way through trip still not working. I contacted support but they just stopped responding. Money lost. Avoid. Scam

I paid for 5g roaming data, but so far 4 days in I’ve had nothing but 4g, sucks.

I have downloaded the app and I seem to have a Singtel eSIM on my phone now. This is very confusing and not so simple.
Patchy Service
My partner and I both have found that outside of France, our service has been really bad. Slow and 4G everywhere. I have a new phone, so I should be able to receive 5G.
Not sure why the coverage is so low. If we buy a sim that says it’s going to give us coverage over Europe, we expect coverage.
