Waste of money and time
Very Confused
I have downloaded the app and I seem to have a Singtel eSIM on my phone now. This is very confusing and not so simple.
Patchy Service
My partner and I both have found that outside of France, our service has been really bad. Slow and 4G everywhere. I have a new phone, so I should be able to receive 5G.
Not sure why the coverage is so low. If we buy a sim that says it’s going to give us coverage over Europe, we expect coverage.

Not happy, no service
My Global eSim unlimited data installed and not working when I need it most whilst travelling abroad! Terrible !
My right choice
I like this eSim Card for travel because it’s easy to setup and the connection is always stable.
Always the best value for money and service.
Great coverage, value and service. Just perfect for travelling to Europe.
Product Not as described
SIM only works about 10% of the time in the UK. Do not buy this SIM if travelling to UK, it is totally unreliable.
Worst eSIM service
I got this e sim for travel around Canada. It came with a French phone number. From the moment I landed and installed the app the phone did not stop ringing day and night with either a person or a recorded message trying to sell me something. I ended up having up turn my phone off at night so I wouldn’t get woken up multiple times. I paid the top rate for this sim and will never use this company again.

Simple ordering process. Now awaiting SIM Card. Will update review after setting up and using SIM.
Flaky
Reception looks fine but frequent drop outs, very low bandwidth in Vienna. Only used 300Mb in 2 days on unlimited plan.
Activation
Poor customer service. eSIM failed to activate at destination. Spent hours on arrival trying to get activated. After providing numerous screenshots to provider on email just received repeated info that wasn’t working. Not worthy of one star.

Sim does not work
I activated my sim many times and it just doesn’t work. I’ve gone through Customer support doesn’t help. Do not waste your time. I really needed internet and this screwed up my trip
