Terrible customer service
I bought a 22gb package that was meant to last 1 month, after 1 week the package expired even though I still had data remaining. I tried contacting customer service and it was not helpful at all, they kept asking me to wait while they look into it and were not getting back to me at all. My vacation is ending soon and the esim issue was not fixed

Disappointing experience with Simly
I purchased the Europe bundle expecting it to work in European countries, but unfortunately, the eSIM did not work in either Albania or Montenegro. I was only informed afterward that these countries are not included in the Europe bundle.
This information should be much clearer before purchasing, especially when the package is advertised as a Europe bundle. Customers should be able to easily see exactly which countries are covered before making a purchase.

A nightmare
Hello, It’s the tbird time I use Simly. The first two times (once in Athens and one in Paris) it worked fine, not great but at least I could make calls and use google maps. However the tbird time using it again in Paris was simply catastrophic.
I just got back home from trip trip and would like to let you know that using your service was a real nightmare it kept throwing me out of the data network neither voice nor google maps worked. I kept turning on and off the phone to be able to send a simple message.
By the way also you customer care is amateurish.
In short I don’t believe I would be using or recommending your service to any of my friends and contacts.
