Pathetic
Why would a billion rupees company wants to put ads on the basic app for the the customer utility purpose? and what’s with this 3rd class name. Jazzworld without ads and bs was so much better. Expected better from jazz. Just make the app ad free and make the experience better for your customers, trust me you’ll get ablot more subscribers

The service jazz is not good and their internet is also very poor. Their packages are very expensive and the internet is very slow.👎
Excellent Job

Ad Machine
SIMOSA feels less like a telecom utility app and more like an ad machine. Every other screen pushes promotions, subscriptions, or distracting popups instead of helping users manage their SIM smoothly. The UI feels intentionally designed to maximize clicks rather than user experience.
What’s worse is the fear of accidental subscriptions and unwanted balance deductions, something many users keep complaining about. A telecom app should build trust, not make users anxious while tapping buttons.
Please focus on transparency, clean UX, and actual customer convenience instead of turning the app into a billboard.

Network
I have problems same time stich off the signal in my village tower I will every 2700

Blank Screen!
So, the app is glitchy. If glitchy means a blank screen when you open it. Maybe that’s not a glitch, perhaps a catastrophic failure!
Fix your glitches
You need to add an ability to close popups! When there’s popups sometimes you can’t close them at all and i have to exit the app! TERRIBLE!!!!
Too Much Expensive Network
I also use zong Network its far better than this Network in a comparison of price, speed and in a packages. When ever someone Call me at first call it say the number is unreadable on the other side it shows 5G what the hell is that with this network very dispointed. Do something with packages and also with a price. Thank u 🙏

Worst IT department
You are only surviving because people dont have any other option. The day people get a new option, no one will bother to use your pathetic network.
Unusable from bugs
I didn’t know it was possible to be so frustrated by app bugs that it makes one want to break their phone. Imagine trying to pay your phone bill and the app cannot even tell when it needs to pop up your keyboard to type in your card number. I mean, what an awful experience. It is basic coding knowledge to never ship a software that has system-breaking bugs.

Dear Jazz Team,
I would like to suggest adding an in-app feature that allows customers to convert their physical SIM to an eSIM directly through the Jazz app.
Many international telecom operators (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Vodafone, and others) already offer this functionality digitally, without requiring customers to visit a service center or collect a QR code physically. This makes the process faster, more convenient, and fully aligned with modern eSIM standards.
Introducing in-app SIM to eSIM conversion would:
- Improve customer experience and convenience
- Reduce load on Jazz service centers
- Support users with eSIM-only or dual-SIM devices
- Position Jazz as a more innovative and future-ready network in Pakistan
Identity verification (biometric, CNIC, OTP, etc.) can easily be handled securely within the app.
I strongly believe this feature would be appreciated by many Jazz customers and would further strengthen Jazz’s digital ecosystem.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.
Kind regards,
Abdullah
