Feeling Ripped Off
purchased app on my iPad. Tried to open and use on my iPhone and it says I’m using free trial and I need to pay for app. I shouldn’t have to pay twice on one account.

This is a great password app. Simple to use, clean looking, and stays locally on my iphone which I really appreciate. An added bonus is the Customer Service is fantastic. I asked several dumb questions and got responses very quickly and patiently. Recommend this app highly.
Doesn’t Work
All I get is a “Program quit unexpectedly” message. ??? Doesn’t work on my Mac.
It needs...
...an Idle Time-out Timer to close app after a set amount of time otherwise it stays open and can be looked at by anyone if you leave the iPhone laying around. I keep lobbying for this feature. Otherwise a great app!!

You can set a password for your app this way when your phone wakes up, they will have to enter a password to gain access to this app

Finally an app that’s my time saver
I don’t write reviews often. But my goodness this time it deserves it. I’m not the smartest computer savvy person. I’ve tried other apps that supposedly remember your passwords. They all stink. I spend so much time forgetting my passwords then resetting them it’s crazy. I got use to the frustration.. well until this handy dandy app. So so easy, it’s written down, easy to go to. All I do is as soon as I forget one and have to reset it. I immediately go over to app and takes me 20 seconds to out it in and the app organizes it. Then when I forget again go back and pull it up in an instant. This app has given me back so much time. The problem with that is now I have to spend it with my mother in law:):):).

Love the app, needs search capability
I have been a paid user of this app for a couple of years. I love the back up feature. I had a phone failure and was extremely happy that I had a back up.
My only complaint, and it’s a minor complaint, is lack of a search function. Occasionally, I’m looking for information and may not remember the name the website or how it’s listed. A search feature would be helpful.
I demo'd multiple Password keepers prior to choosing this one. This app has performed exceptionally well for me.

Transfer problems
I paid for the app. Added my info on iPad. Want to transfer to iPhone. Won’t work. Following instructions but not working. Any help would be appreciated

I just purchased and installed the app on my iPhone; I want to use it on my iPad as well, but when I open the app on the iPad, it says I must have paid version. It only lets me put in the 5 free entries
I tried paying again but it says I have already paid. I do not get the option to transfer. can I use the app on my iPad as well?

Great App
This app works for me! It is simple to use and Stores all my information in a secure place. It works as advertised. I love the back up feature which allow you send your data via email or text. This is great way to share with those that might need access. It also comes with the password generator, like the more expensive apps. Plus it’s less expensive and it’s only a one time fee. It works as advertised. Try it I think you’ll like!!

Annoying
“Write a Review” comes up endlessly. No bypassing to just try the APP first. Then, while the password form and simple protection is exactly what I hoped for, I cannot simply enter my current password in the field.
Because the cutesy programing done to “Generate” a password covers the field. Worse there is no way to “x” out of the generator. And EVEN worse, if you try to enter text in the field… that triggers the generator script which then covers the field.

All you have to do is contact us. Let us know what device you’re using. It’s hard to fix the problem when it’s only one person and we don’t know the device please send us feedback so we can look into this.
Great app
This app is great! I downloaded it mainly for the fact that it wasn’t a cloud based app. All my passwords stay at the local level. Just got a new device and wanted to transfer my passwords to the new device. Had some issue transferring but contacted the app developer and he promptly responded with some ideas to successfully get the transfer to complete. You have to have the paid version of the app on both devices for the transfer to work. Love the app and would recommend it.

Bought but can’t enter more than 5.
I downloaded app and was very happy to find a nice simple app to keep my passwords safe. When it said I had to buy if I wanted to enter more than 5 I paid the $.99 and it still won’t let me enter anymore. Very disappointing.

Send me feedback through the email and will get you in close the app and re-open it. Also when you send the email it will tell you the status of the app if it is still in evaluation or a paid version.
Really Great
A really great app, but transfers between devices leaves a lot to be desired. 90% of the time I can’t get it to work. I follow instructions, but suddenly there are not passwords selected or my iPad refuses to connect. That said, I still continue and will continue to use the app.
Purchase problems
I like this app. Only I have been unable to purchase it to be Abe to have more than the initial five entries. I get a message that in app purchases are not allowed and am not given the option to purchase from the App Store.
