New update removed my purchase !!!
I was able to use it without limit. Now it requires me to pay overpriced annual fee or $70 for lifetime fee ! Too expensive for this easy job ! It only worth $10. I removed the app. I will never use it !!
Now unusable, Previously the BEST.
I’ve loved using this app, and have recommended it to dozens of people, but unfortunately it seems that recent updates have lost previous purchases, and the now-nearly-useless desktop program is lagging/crashing.
This will be dearly missed. I would consider repurchasing - that’s how much I liked it - but with not knowing how long it will last for, and with literally no direct contact information or social media channels etc, except a simple contact us form on their page, I am reticent to risk it.
As their website says, they’ve been on the App Store for many years, and this was a truly solid and dependable app, but unfortunately it seems to have changed.
I hope the devs can get it back to how stable it used to be - and with previous purchases not disappearing. But for now, $30/$50/$70 (it’s hard to tell, as their website has ZERO pricing information) is too much to risk a now seemingly declining App. It will be missed. So Long, and Thanks for All the Files.

Unreliable
I have been using software for years .
Within the last two months it’s been unreliable.
Sometimes it works something
it does not
Let’s you select pictures but will not let you download.
When I reinstalled app it want me to pay for new subscription.

Stopped working, demanded $30/year.
Just stays on 0% on some
Most videos downloading it is just staging on 0% for over 10 mins. It’s only a 40 second video . I’ve paid 20£ for the year without even getting to try it first .
