Just stays on 0% on some
Most videos downloading it is just staging on 0% for over 10 mins. It’s only a 40 second video . I’ve paid 20£ for the year without even getting to try it first .
Frustrating and slow
Can only transfer a few files at a time. Painfully slow.

Worked for 62 GB of images!
I had my doubts that this would work at getting all my images off my phone that were stuck on there to the point of the Windows MTP protocol not seeing half of them and failing constantly with Explorer and the Windows "Photos" app on the PC.
However, this app worked as advertised without any hiccups copying all 62 GB over. I did however have to delete the images off my phone in chunks from the PC app as iOS kept ignoring the delete command for the entire thing. But that's not the app's fault as iOS asked if I wanted to confirm the delete--it just didn't do it. But deleting ~15k images at a time did work.
A suggestion to the devs: please separate the USB and Wifi connect options in the PC app, as when both options are available it seems pretty willy-nilly which one it will pick. I want it to be explicit.

Best Iphone to Windows app
This is the only app that is able to easily transfer my iphone pictures and videos to my windows laptop. Windows apps glitch out. Nothing has worked like this.
So slow.
Tried to move a 45 min video off my phone to a PC. It just kind of transferred a few hundred kilobytes and sat there telling me it would take 3 hours. I can’t leave my phone open for three hours. Sorry.

Useless unless you pay for their premium nonsense. They think their product is worth $70 CAD, which is laughable. Avoid.

Free App Misleading
App documentation indicated that I had 50 free items to download . I could not download more than 10 before repeatedly getting a screen to sign up for premium. This app will be deleted for good!
iPhone update week of 3/10/26 broke WIFI
I have been using this for over two years quite happily, and it suddenly broke with an update. now it is totally useless to me.
iphone 17 personal hotspot fails!!
Doesn’t work with iphone 17 says enable wifi- but iphone says it must be disabled to work with hotspot

Update February 2026.
After experiencing some issues with this app last year I updated this review to make note of the issues. The creator contacted me after seeing the updated review. They informed me of working to provide corrections to the issues. As of the newest update in 2026 I can now say this app is once again one of the best apps of its kind. It works extremely well, quick, and without issues.
The creator even emailed me when the new update was available. I really appreciated that.
This is a very good app.
As a semi professional photographer
having many years of image management experience I can honestly say this is one of if not the best apps available.
The premium version is by far worth the price.
Thank you developers for a great product. I hope it never goes away.
Update 08/2025
It appears this app is no longer being supported. For the 12 months the app has been crashing after downloading 30-40 images. This requires closing the desktop version, closing and restarting the app, reconnecting and the resuming where you lest off. If you a couple hundred images you might need to go through this 5 or 6 times which is unexceptionable.
I have email support and never get a response.
Time to look elsewhere.

Can’t transfer music from computer
It’s almost 90% useless for me
It WAS perfect
Until the recent update this app was perfect. Now it takes several clicks to get any picture to be selected and I find I have to reload often. It works but it is so much more frustrating than the smooth process it used to be
Garbage
Why did I pay for this? It’s so glitchy and finicky. It’s far too temperamental to use. It demands the phone’s app start up first. THEN THE desktop app after it’s fully loaded. You can’t do it the other way around and if you don’t have wifi? It just won’t connect with the device. Lemon laws are in place for a reason.
